Not sure exactly what you are asking but you can have any number of contacts and use a workflow to send out an email nurture campaign. You can do them all at once, schedule them or drip them out over time.

@@LeadSurge3000, great question. You will need to have several verified email accounts to send from. You will need to warm those email accounts up to make sure they are not flagged you can use a service instantly.ai. You should limit emails to say 40 per email address per day. So you can figure out how many you need from that. Also in the workflow that you are using for your email campaign make sure to add user at first step and add all your email address users in that list so GHL can do a round robin sending approach. Then you can create a drip campaign directly from the CRM. Hope that helps.
Can I ask, why not use the html email templates? I want the emails to look professional when they are sent with eye catching images. I could see it for Text campaigns perhaps, or is there a way to take the snippets and have it insert into a master email template? Thank you!
Believe it or not but not everyone email client is html capable. There are still people that get only text emails. If you want nice robust templates then use the email builder for sure.

If you want to send one off emails you can select the contact and do it in the conversation ara or select the contact and then click the email button on the toolbar. If you go to settings>Email services> Dedicated Domains you can setup a domain where when the contact replies it goes back into HL in the conversations area. Hope that helps.

The training course I am going thru suggested switching to this software and I was just getting used to the other one. Coming from Get Response and copying emails over. I did put them in templates (snippets) but looking at the video again and your screen is different than mine. I assume I need to move them from snippets to the templates on the email dropdown. I will move them to there. Can you explain what the difference is with snippets? Sorry another question, in the video you used notes to label the date subscribed. When you added the column it said "last note" It seems to me that the note will be updated as new notes are added. Email Marketing Templates: Mobile editor mode, how do we edit properly? I have gone to appearance > Mobile Formatting. But the options are limited. For example: on the desktop version, my text was white over a dark half fade image, cause that's what I wanted. I sent the test to myself and on mobile the text is black on my dark image. Where do I edit this? Can you make a tutorial on mobile email template editor?
To properly edit mobile email templates in Go High Level, first access your email template and switch to the mobile editor view. In the mobile editor, select the text block and adjust the text color to white or any color that contrasts well with your background image. Additionally, check the background image settings to ensure they are correct for the mobile view, as these settings may differ from the desktop version. Hello Diane. In GHL you get custom field dropdownm menu which allows you to insert merge fields from a variety of different object types. You can insert contact first name, last name , full name etc from this menu option. Its really easy to do. Hope this helps.
Insightful video! Is this the standard i.e. using workflows over "Email Campaigns" feature under marketing tab? I wasn't able to update snapshots with email campaigns. Maybe it's being deprecated too?
@@HLGuy Built email campaign(draft) in sub-account A-> created a snapshot-> Loaded the snapshot into another sub-account B -> Email campaigns didn't carry over, templates and trigger links moved over just fine.
Not sure exactly if this is what you are asking but if you want to send yourself an email within a workflow you would use internal notification and then choose email, select the user to send to and you should be good. Thanks for watching.
@@anonymwoo1525 Thats gets a bit tricky. I would have to know how you are using the workflows. For instance if you send 30 people through a workflow everyday and it sends one message per day. You then have a wait step for 24 hours and send another email that means you can't add any more new people to the workflow until everyone has gone through the workflow completely.
How do i create a newsletter. There are emails going out everyweek, so when a new contact comes in they get dropped into the current sequence and not start at the beginning?
You can do this by tagging every contact getting the newsletter and creating a smartlist with them. When you need to send newsletter just send the newsletter to the smartlist.

Yes you should be able to change the @user name within your youtube Google account. You can create folders under the email template area but not under the Snippets area.

You have the option to create either. Once the template is made it can be used in any workflow.

If you are using work flows you can turn on the stats view to see those percentages.
