My dishwasher (dms300trw/zam) have same problem, shows no power.
I follow same and found fuse is ok. Control panel is also ok.
I have doubts about mother boards at front bottom which shows burnt color at EC2- j49, D5, R4, C2 resistor capacitor
Why didn't you check the display module if the power seems okay? Not always the main control board, especially if you got power like you do.
Same Samsung model no longer working. Replaced the main control, but still have the same issue. What could be keeping the machine from not powering??

This video is not fully correct Ben. It was probably your touch panel. This information excludes him ruling out the panel. Because if the main control panel was getting the proper voltage, the next would be to see if the touch panel was as well. Not sure why he did not start at main touch panel or include this in the demonstration.
I taught the control board in the front door was the defective board when the dishwaher is dead.....
Ok you check 120 input to main control board but you didn't check VDC output from main control board to sub board your job wrong
What would the voltage be at the board for the buttons. I have a newer soft touch model and have approximately 5 volts dc
