All single floor living, great for an older person with limited mobility and the porch is adorable. The complete unit is very liveable
You do a great job narrating by yourself. You’re calm, very detailed in explaining every feature and don’t distract from the house.
As always, beautifully finished… the downstairs bedroom is very smart. Nice and unique layout that flows perfectly well. Lovely…Oh..and the front porch! Fantastic!

I have to admit I don’t like this one as much as some of your others, though the porch is nice, I love the tall kitchen cabinets, but it seems so narrow, even though it’s the same width of some of your others. I would’ve liked it better if it were a few feet longer to fit a queen size bed in bedroom. Overall, nice quality.
It’s nice for what it is, but it’s too small for me.
But no dishwasher?
Is it wheelchair accessible?
This unit as shown is not. This unit doesn't have the width in some areas typically needed for a wheelchair. I would recommend looking at our Columbia for a more wheel chair accessible model
