I love it when the bathroom is far away from the kitchen.
Me too! I do not like when they are side by side.
A Lot cleaner, sanitary to have them separate.
@@NazaireDragonash really? That's what my friend seems to think but in my mind it really shouldn't matter if you close the door
Yeeeeees!!!!
@@beyondview I think it’s just the ick factor…plus who wants to “hear” the business going on in there while cooking? 😉
Love your homes…all of them! I had convinced myself that I needed a 38-40’ long gooseneck in order to have the flexibility I need as I get older. The flex rooms in this and your other models will allow me to move my bedroom downstairs when climbing stairs or ladders are not advisable as I age in place. I just may need tomhave one of your homes shipped to me in North Carolina as I can’t find a tiny home I like quite as much as yours. They are beautiful and smartly designed. This one is another beauty ♥♥♥
Aging in place is something we ALL need to make decisions around!
When he showed the master loft, he said wait guys when i walked up here i didnt show you the fabulous ceiling. He did not walk anywhere up there, he crawled..thats why he didnt show himself entering or exiting 😂
Your egress windows are amazing I love the size of them
This is fabulous. I'd love a full second level rather than 2 lofts, with a staircase. And I'd love to find whomever stated the subway tile trend and strangle them, lol. They are hideous and ubiquitous. But this is a tiny house I could actually enjoy living in. The wood work is beautiful and the attention to detail is wonderful.
One can see how proud you are of what you do, that's lovely. You should be. 😊
Love this kitchen Lou!
I would prefer a bedroom downstairs but I do really like the light airy feel of the home
Agreed prefer bedroom downstairs. So looking for 1 floor living. But other than that a very nice home.
this is incredible!!!!
Stairs and a walking loft would be great!
I love this spacious tiny home so much, especially the kitchen. However, I had a ladder bunk bed when I was a kid, and I'm convinced that exiting the lofts would be too awkward for me now. I'd love to see this model with slim staircases instead.
I didn't care for those ladders either. I want a tiny home when I retire. I'm active but I do have osteoarthritis on my knees because I've been a runner since HS. So in my later years? Those stairs will be difficult to climb and they're not safe either, especially for children.
He did mention that option.
Great windows!
Nice ! Price is 2 High
This would be a great deal for 45,000. However, for $150,000 you could have an actual house.
Great video, nice little house!
I love it how west coasters are trying to spin a double decker trailer into a new idea! Like southerners don’t see what you’re doing! 😂😂😂
You're comparing apples to oranges. Thanks for watching!
For real, and this price is insane for a trailer 😂
@@Tinymountainhouses 😂😂😂
Lou is it possible to add 10 feet and add a bottom floor bedroom? I love everything about this model. I won’t need the lofts because I am getting older and want to keep it one floor.
I agree, especially when I'm currently on crutches from a broken foot, I can't imagine dealing with a loft. I'm in a lower level now with one step.
My question as well. Love the flex room but would keep it as a living room area. My 2 dogs sleep with me & the ladder isn't ideal with age progression. Love the rest of this light filled design.
@@sjladuke75 I totally agree. Hoping to get the widest one I can. It’s beautiful!!!! He’s a great guy!!
I believe they do custom orders. That's what this model is, actually.
Great suggestion! We can look into something along those lines. If you want more info feel free to drop us an email info@tinymh.com
Wow! Talk about expensive 😮
Love EVERYTHING except the ladder, stairs, leading up to the loft. I prefer sturdier and a different design for them. Industrial style would look beautiful with this design. Also LOVE the loft.. I'm 5' 1 so that's perfect for me LOL.
How much for this beautiful home? And I would add skylights for me personally. Love to get the moonlight in at night.
Very nicely done. Can you please list the price? Thank you.
I like your home's but, here in Georgia you can buy a 4 br 2 bath house in a nice neighborhood for the price of your house.
That's not the case in much of the US now.
@@katashley1031 Hi, that's why I specified Georgia. Have a great day.
Is this house compatible with solar panels? I didn't see if the roof outside had a spot to mount them.
Yes! We use standing seam metal on most builds so mounting panels is pretty easy if desired.
A wonderful house. What I don't understand i why the customer ordered 2 living rooms. If I was him, I'd set it up to have a dining area and better steps to the main loft.
Extactly my question..or i would use the other living room as my down bedroom..i hate lofts
It's just what they prefer. You could design your own.
Turd burner... Someone waited years to use that.
Please tell me the height, width and length of the house. thank you very much
This home is 13'6" H x 9'6" W x 30'L
These homes are very nice, but do you have any homes that can accommodate wheelchair users? I've seen some places that have body lifts instead of stairs, lower kitchen counters and sinks, cupboards that can be pulled down, wider doorway and larger no lip showers. The boxable is the only one I have seen that can accommodate. Thank you!
We have a Columbia model that can accommodate all of that. Take a look at that unit here: www.tinymountainhouses.com/columbia/
Adults would bumb their head if they stood up on top loft😅. Price is kinda high for this tiny home. Overall it does look nice for a retired person or some1 single. This tiny home would work somewhere offgrid on mountain or somewhere. Its does have wheels underneath like an RV
You're not meant to stand up in the lofts.
needs a closet or some place to take off shoes at the entrance
Are these ikea cabinets?
No we have to custom make most of our cabinets due to the sizes.
Bathroom and kitchen should always be seperated for cleanliness and sanitary needs. Rather disgusting to have those two close to one another.
They're as far apart as possible here.
Would like to see a stand up bedroom
Take a look at our Columbia
I bet you pay as much as for a regular house!
Depends on where you mean. Housing prices are insane right now.
Live in a camper
150k yall smoking crack 😂
Hello there do you have representative in Greece?
Unfortunately not at this time.
The 2 chair can replace a full 4 seater dining table
Are y'all okay? Y'all haven't uploaded in a minute
Thanks for checking in! We have been busy building new tiny houses lately but we have some great new content coming very soon!
Nice❤
156,000.😯
Really? That’s crazy. I don’t understand how they sell any of these at that price. That’s like double what I was thinking maximum.
Thank you. Was wondering about the cost.
Really to much compared to others I’ve seen on line
Sadly that's a steal compared to buying a house these days.
It is a very nice concept, but everybody don’t wanna crawl around on their knees to get in bed and you definitely would like to stand up in your bedroom. There’s got to be a better way because actually these are houses for midgets/people who are 3 to 4 feet tall That is a luxury home for them not for a £260 woman that is 5‘10“ tall, I can’t do nothing with those lofts😔
I don't like lofts
Can barely hear you during most of video.
Why? I can hear him quite well.
No ladders for me.This is a huge disappointment.Such a step down.
We offer stairs as well. This is just one option this customer chose in their home.
Can't even stand in there
Climbing ladders really?, loft ceiling height good if your 3 ft tall, no dining table just a snack bar right next to front door is your dining option. Terrible design except for teenagers. Might buy for kids as a play house if priced under 10K.
Make a better video pls
ouch
Learn some manners and gratitude. The video is just fine.
