Beautiful cheesecakes girl! There so cute, I love the layers, blueberry is definitely one of my favourite dessert flavours. The nut crust looks so yummy. I love how you filmed this recipe video too😘💜

Thank you for sharing this video! I have sunflower seeds at home so I can try making cheesecake! I have a question, how do you make your sunflower cream smooth and creamy? I tried making sunflower cream before. It always ended up being grainy.

Hi!! I hope and think that I can help you with that! Have you tried soaking your seeds? It works best if you leave them in water for at least 24 hours!

Hello! Thank you for replying to my comment!
I did try soaking my sunflower seeds for twenty four hours in the refrigerator. It was humid that day and I didn't want to spoil my sunflower seeds while soaking them. After 24 hours passed I took my bowl out and drained the water out. I put my soaked sunflower seeds in the food processor and it still ended up being grainy. Would it be better if I don't put my soaked seeds in the refrigerator? How many cups of water do I need to soak my sunflower seeds?
Thank you for taking the time to read this and helping me improve!

@@mikabordon9235 Hi again!! So I usually put much more water than sunflowers so that there is a lot of room for them to soak up the water. Yes, leaving it out of the fridge might help. Also, you can try adding a tablespoon or two of water when you mix it! let me know how it goes :))

Hello! I tried doing it again. I put it over 24 hours or so. I didn't put my soaked seeds in the fridge and it smelled. Did I over soak them?
