@@GIVEPROOFKID BB was not aware of laws awakening which slightly caught him off guard, BB then took basically no more damage and pissed on Law. Luffy has no chance of winning against BB currently, BB truly is one of the strongest characters right now
Based on his current feats.
Definitely Beat: Marco/Law/Old Rayleigh/Zoro/Kidd/Greenbull (just a terrible matchup).
Probably Beat: Big Mom/Kizaru/Old Garp/Fujitora/Aokiji/Old Whitebeard
Based on Narrative I'd say he's got a good chance against Sengoku, Current Luffy,Shanks and Saturn
DFless Teach scarred Shanks.
Current Teach can beat anyone.
Teach can't beat any Admiral level opponent 1v1. He struggled against Law. Law was implied to be equal to Kidd and what Shanks did to Kidd was sad
I find it funny people still sleep on Blackbeard 1100+ chapters deep. Man once oda starts dropping all his spoilers on Blackbeard he’d feel like he’s too op and puffy would struggle
They sleep because all his fights are lame or him being sneaky or third party. He is like a real pirate but that is nothing to do with strength. Most of his actions are always offscreened so people don't take him very seriously even though he is one of the candidate for final villian along with imu,imu is more likely tho.

@bogdanmeoff2399imu fight is more likely to be reserved with joyboy or revolution army. Imu is connected with lore of previous joyboy,three ancient weapon and the ancient kingdom. Someone being this much important whose prime goal till now was to take care of joyboy,is also likely to fight him, Blackbeard is also imu's target but I don't think they are going to let Blackbeard do this.
Imu is definitely a mysterious and powerful person seeing how they were mentioned to be one of the 20 kings who formed WG 800 years ago. Imu is more important than Blackbeard for the story.

I honestly don't give Blackbeard flack for getting caught off guard all the time. It's almost suspiciously similar to how Luffy gets caught off guard all the time, too.

@GourSmith , Teach killed WB next page in same chapter and also beat Magellan without Quake DF later, they said Magellan was in coma, beaten very badly. How is that running away? As for Akainu, even WB retreated from Fodder Marines, of course Pre-Emperor Teach retreating makes sense because Sanjuan was in danger.
The scene in Jaya said it all for me. They way both him and luffy looked at each other seemed like two people meeting AGAIN after a long time (inherit wills) and it made clear to me bb was no ordinary pirate. Later reveals just increased his stocks. People confuse bb being clumsy and careless with him being weak.

I feel like people seriously underrate Blackbeard and even his crew by extension. People really forget that his whole crew tanked a shockwave from Sengoku and could still get back up, so even though they’re scummy and don’t really fight directly that doesn’t make them pushovers.

Nice video however there's another quick thing that i think is wild about Teach, it's the fact that legit *seconds* after obtaining the quake fruit this man straight up endures shockwaves from Sengoku and fights him as well as Garp. As a reminder, these guys rival characters like Whitebeard and an inexperienced Teach with the gura clashed with them. Also i definetly think that if he Teach is more careful his fights as we see them would be way less difficult, he's currently not the strongest but he's definetly amongst the most powerful in the series

Well people who say Blackbeard has little Haki clearly has not watched marineford. I think there was a lot of statement which proves Blackbeard has advance armament pre timeskip. It wasn’t confrim but I think he might have advanced conqueror haki after time skip as well.

@@timurjack8773 I am sure they will give blackbeard more haki feats and he definitely needs advanced haki for the final saga but I don’t think that alone proves it 🤔 I am sure Shanks isn’t as durable as Kaido or Luffy and it’s weird for them to actually cover their face with haki.
Shanks already had his scar long before he became an emperor so I am guessing it could be normal haki against a weaker shanks.

People saying it's not true. In the flashback of Roger vs Whitebeard, Blackbeard uses a claw weapon matching Shanks scar.
That scar thing is not a very strong evidence because shanks was weaker even when he meet luffy. His bounty was like of yonko commander.

Nah. The final war will be Luffy and co against Imu and co. Maybe BB will be fighting on the same side as Luffy out of necessity, who knows. But I think BB will kill shanks either fairly or VERY unfairly and become pirate king before Luffy.
