People saying EoS Chad is a 4th seat is an insane take. He 1v1s an adjuchas class aarancar halfway through the series. At that point, he's high lieutenant level to low captain level at least.
I wouldn't say low captain level, as I don't think Ikkaku for example is captain level, even though he has a bankai. I think Ikkaku, Hisagi, Renji for example, even with bankai, are high-lieutenant level, the perfect level that a lieutenant would aspire to be. I don't see any of them beating any of the weaker captains though. (Ofc TYBW Renji is captain level, but if we are talking about Hueco Mundo, they are just lieutenant level even with their bankais), and I honestly don't see Chat being stronger than any of them. But, I do see Chat being lieutenant level, just not as high as these 3. I see him as a mid-tier lieutenant level, weaker than the strongest Lieutenants but stronger than a fair few of them, though not by much.
We could *maybe* say that current TYBW Chad is low-level captain in terms of Beginning of the series / Soul Society power levels, as everyone's gotten stronger. I could potentially see him *MAYBE* being able to compete with the likes of Soul Society Komamura but even that sounds a bit much, doesn't it? I mean realistically, who were the weakest captains in the beginning of the series? It has to be between Komamura, Tosen, Soi Fon and Toshiro, and I have a hard time imagining Chad beating any of them. And no way he is beating Yamamoto, Aizen, Unohana, Kyoraku, Ukitake, Gin, Byakuya, Kenpachi or Kurotsuchi, I think we can all agree on this. I doubt he can touch Soi Fon, due to her speed, and I'm pretty sure Toshiro could just freeze him in place, as he wasn't completely featless, and scuffled with a playful Gin who we know is much stronger. Chad also has no answer to Tosen's bankai, though I could MAYBE see him being able to contest with shikai Tosen for a bit. Komamura would be the only questionable one, and even then I don't think Chad can beat his Bankai Even if we wanna argue that current Chad is low-captain level, he'd be by far the weakest captain by a decent amount, I think mid-tier lieutenant level is where he's at. We know mid-tier and high-tier lieutenants can provide meaningful support to their captains, while being unable to actually contest their strength, and this is kinda what Chad is honestly. He can be truly helpful in certain situations, he is not useless by any accounts, but just not strong enough to compete with top-tier enemies like Espada, Stern Ritters, or the main baddies. And that's nothing to be ashamed of. He is truly strong, just not strong enough to be at the top People just like to make fun of him because he had bad matchups and "we can't imagine him losing". Make him fight Iba or Ikkaku in soul society, he'd have a really good fight, whether he'd win or lose. Make him fight a lower-tier arrancar instead of Nnoitora, he'd put up a decent fight and maybe win. Make him fight some henchmen of the Sternritter, or provide support for a captain or for, say, Renji, in a fight against a sternritter, and he could do really well and maybe help secure a victory. But put him in a 1v1 against a mid-tier sternritter? He's cooked. Put him 1 on 1 against an espada? Cooked. And that's fine, that doesn't make him weak
@@olo703 Just because he was training with him doesn't mean he was on his level, Renji was slapping Chad around the whole time which we see every single time we see them sparring, that whole training was basically buffing Chad's durability and trying to help him awaken more. Ichigo was training with Urahara for a week non stop, that doesn't mean Ichigo was on Urahara's level Renji trained with Byakuya and Ichibei, that doesn't mean he is on Ichibei's level Chad was close to Renji's level, but lower than him. As said above, Renji was basically high tier lieutenant level, since he had a bankai, and Chad was probably mid-tier lieutenant level I see this Chad maybe beating Nemu (not the supercharged TYBW Nemu), Sentaro, maybe Momo, I don't see him beating Bankai Ikkaku, Hisagi, Bankai Renji, honestly I don't think he has an answer to Matsumoto unless his blasts can actually dissipate Haineko, if he can then he has a decent chance against her. I don't see him beating Nanao due to her Kido proficiency, I see him having a chance against Kira due to Kira having to make contact with Chad for his zanpakuto's effect, and Chad being strong enough to maybe beat Kira in a few punches, as well as withstand his own weight for a couple slashes.
@@AstroCS2 Chad clown-shot a 3rd seat in Soul Society arc. Ichigo struggled against Ikkaku. Urahara said Chad needed to train against Renji's Bankai in order to progress. That means Shikai Renji didn't provide enough challenge against what was essentially SS arc Chad. Chad received a power up from his training with Renji, before he unlocked the arm shield, and then 2 more power ups in Hueco Mundo arc. He low diffed a Privaron Espada with said power-ups. Privaron Espadas are stronger than Fracciones, whom are Vice-Captain level.
It would be cool to see, but he doesn't "need" it. His fullbring is his "arms", it wouldn't make sense if his whole body transforms. It'd be like expecting Kensei's Bankai to have a full transformation.
14:33 You kinda glossed over here that Chad did train with Xecution. Meaning he now has a Fullbring version of flashstep and other basic techniques that were developed to help fullbringers keep up with soul reapers despite human bodies. This is a massive boost that makes alot of sense of him being on level with Byakuya.
The reason i didn't mention this is because in his fight with Gantenbainne he was stated to be faster than a sonido, so he already fixed his speed issue. But you are right this is a massive boost.
@@albertoluis1544he does not. When they introduced bringer light, chad was witnessing it from ichigo facing tsukishima. Meaning he still has not been confirmed to use it.
@brandonsellers1076 exactly! Imagine him using sonido like powers in conjunction with bringer light. He would be in another realm of speed. If his left arm is hollow(hueco mundo) and his right arm devil(hell) then if he had legs full bring would it be quincy? His chest shinigami or something like that?
My chad has to deal with the Jogo effect. Strong character that had to deal with the strongest characters in the verse, down playing his strength. Hence the “stand proud you are strong” moment brought a tear to my eye. Boi finally getting some recognition
"Chad, have you ever heard of the Worf Effect? It's when a character is really strong but they get beat to show how strong the enemy is." "I do not understand, why are we talking about Renji?"
I'm a simple man, I see a Chad redemption video, I upvote 👍 Seriously, Chad is a great character, but the problem is that Kubo did it dirty with him most of times, joining the jobbers club. Little screentime aside, it's a matter of perspective, Chad never was super special like Ichigo (or even Uryu recently) to begin with, yet for a "simple human" to keep it up with them was already impressive, although then the gap arrived for obvious reasons. Like you said, they were similar leveled during the first part of Soul Society and Hueco Mundo arcs, Chad ended up against Kyoraku (who was the strongest captain beside Yamamoto and Aizen, but at time we couldn't know) and was nullified without shikai, Ichigo and Uryu struggled too against the captains (far weaker in comparison to Shunsui) but they won, thanks to special plot devices. This marked a first difference of treatment by Kubo, but with a sense, since then only Ichigo actually managed to do something. He started bad the next arc, but like you said, it was a matter of speed rather than raw power (again, Sado was a human, not used to high speed movements like Shunpo or Sonido, another reasons why Kyoraku took him effortlessly), but then he leveled up to them, since all the trio got past the Privaron Espadas (low-captain tier) with few problems. After that, again, perspective, Ichigo evolved further, but it's not that the rest performed much better in this part. Nnoitra was the toughest guy and Chad lost like that, true, but Rukia was overpowered by Aaroniero, she killed him just down a strike of luck, Renji lost to Szayelaporro, Ichigo was nullified by base Ulquiorra at first, Uryu acted smartly but didn't defeat any Espada either, Yammi later smashed the trio together, I mean, none of the crew was a match for the real Espadas (Renji himself remarked it). But we can go on, Ikkaku in bankai tied with a Fracciòn, this was his best, others lieutenants in FKT got their "cool moments" against subordinates but then Ayon (probably low Espada tier) smashed them, not any better, but fans don't downlook much on them in the same way as they do with Chad. The problem is indeed that Chad was supposed to be a protagonist and he rarely felt like that, that's the main issue. The first important arc focused more on Rukia, the second on Orihime, and the final arc can be said about Uryu (more now in the anime), Ichigo of course was always the MC, but Chad never had this kind of attention on him. Also, why I consider that extra scene against Tsukishima canon, a further difference was marked in TYBW. If even Rukia, Renji and Uryu weren't as important or impressive as for feats up to that point, in the final arc all of them received special treatments by the plot, the first two a royal fanservice PU out of nowhere and defeated a Sternritter, Ishida an overall quincy boost (more now in the anime) for his Sasuke's part. I don't count Orihime as her role was always of support, but Chad nothing, fighting some statues offscreen at most. It's not just him, TYBW poorly handled, if not forgot of, a lot of characters, many much more important than Chad, but anyway he fell into this category too, not seeing a bit of role in the arc (and people understimates him even when he does nothing). All of this walltext to say that I'm with you, Chad isn't one the monsters in the show but he isn't weak either, just a huge wasted potential (sadly).
I hope Chad gets more in this arc; he deserves it. The main squad got power-ups in this arc, and Chad got nothing, but there is hope because even punching Yhwach shows they can do more with him. And this was a fire video bro 🔥
Slight correction about Hitsugaya vs Luppi. Luppi wasn't unharmed. He was either knocked out of his Resurreccion or had his Resurreccion destroyed by Hitsugaya. The former indicated he took critical damage in that attack. And he's still covered in ice when Orihime arrives in Hueco Mundo, almost 12 hours later. Hitsugaya was the one who was unharmed. As for why he sat out so long in that fight to prepare Sennen Hyoro, it's implied in Fake Karakura Town that he only needs to do that when he's not using Tenso Jurin. However Tenso Jurin has the risk of potentially harming or killing his comrades and humans in the AoE (potentially 12km radius).
Great video. Although I did somewhat agree going into this you’ve solidified my belief that Chad is actually really strong. I always saw him as the benchmark for “if Ichigo (or the “main” character really) wasn’t chosen or a special case. He’s-as you said-a regular human. Ichigo symbolizes the idea of controlling power rather than simply acquiring it and his hollow + Quincy powers illustrate that perfectly: he beat Renji and Kenpachi because of those powers. Chad is just a human whose raw desire made the Hoygiyoku (I hope thats how you spell it) recognize him and grant him his fullbringer powers. He also represents a version of Ichigo that got unlucky. Shunsui, Nnoritora, and his other opponents are just insane. Ichigo could’ve gotten Byakuya (before Bankai), or Barragon in Las Noches. I love how Kubo juxtaposes the two of them but I also need to see Chad really put some work in. I’m looking forward to your other videos from here on out :)
Chad is an awesome character and it kind of irks me when people define character value entirely by power feats, even when those power feats are legitimate but crept out. Such is my issue with Shounens in general though.
Chad is insanely strong. The dude just has the worst matchup spread. Unlike Ichigo, he doesn't get series of fights that let him grow enough to fight the big bad. He is strong and reliable until he runs into to much. He seems like a mountain until he losses. I hope we get to see a fight where he actually struggles.
Toshiro Hitsugaya is for me what Rock Lee is to others. Not just crazy potential in the series power curve but also from characterization within the story’s narrative. Like how much of besto friendos they could be to the main character.
14:20 Actually, we should remember that Chad was keeping up with Fullbring Ichigo, who was trying to kill Tsukishima and even severed his arma. Chad not only blocked lots of Ichigo's attacks but actually was able to hurt him.
Poor Chad always got unlucky. He would have beaten Ikkaku with as much difficulty as Ichigo, proceeded to befriend him since he's a nicer guy than Ichigo and could have developed his left arm or his full right arm had he not gotten oneshot by an EoS tier character and then captured
I always wondered why chad didn't train with Yoruichi in hakuda? I thought it would've been a natural progression for upgrading his character since she's really good at hand to hand combat. Instead, bro blew up rocks all day.
Because, if you haven't noticed it, by the time of TYBW the entirety of Bleach's combat system devolved to either overwhelming with spirit energy/brute force or outhaxing with new bankai or its synonim. Hakuda is useless if you can't punch hard enough. Evasion has no worth when you can't get through enemy anyways. Mastery of the sword doesn't matter when there's Zaraki just flailing his blade around like a wooden club. And if the character doesn't develop some brand new skill or bankai, the character is doomed to fall off.
@@Prushinthespirit Yes, that makes sense for TYBW, but I mean Bleach holistically. Chad compared to the rest felt a bit aimless to me. Orihime has her barriers and healing, which is something that'll always be relevant, while Uryu just got a complete upgrade by Yhwach. I was thinking from the perspective of a writer, you could give Chad the path of Hakuda cause it at least feels like something tangible for him to do and having him occasionally showing up with a technique that complements his abilities would've been something I think would've been viable for most the series, so long as you keep that aspect of the power system creative for viewers to engage with🤔
@@CoolOkay_ It'd be cool if Kubo shocked everyone with Chad using Shunko to power up his fists. He prob didn't want to reveal characters that could beat prime soul king yet though.
Back when I first started reading the mange in like 2009 Chad was my favourite character only next to Ichigo. It was one of the first manga I had ever picked up & when I saw Chad pick up a gosh dang street pole to bring the hammer down on a Hollow's head I was like aw hell yeah. Him being the silent strong type but still being able to be apart of a friend group who didn't mind that he didn't talk that much really related to me. Every part of the Agent of the Shinigami Arc made me fall in love with manga in general & sorta shaped my pre-teen years lmao
All I need out of the TYBW arc at this point is for Chad to land a punch on Gerrard Valkyrie and blow his top half off. Doesn't need to be a killing blow, I just need to see him do something substantial. I love how they are giving him things to do, but I feel like the animators are teasing me at this point.
Great video, good breakdown I like it, and chad is also one of my favourite characters too shame he got such little screentime. Only gripe I have with this video is that I believe Luppi isn't a privaron espada, not that I remember anyway even in the novels.
I will always stand by that Yammy and Chad should have had a rematch and give chad a cool fight win vs him. IDC if they would keep the 0 rank thing or not, just would have been cool
JJK fans after being freed from the clutches of Gege, and knowing what TRUE wasted potential is: "Wait, this Chad guy is said to have wasted potential? he literally has more going for him than our Hakari and Megumi" lol. Jokes aside, I never understood why people criticize Chad and Toshiro or even Shinji for that matter, because when you actually read their stories, their arcs and the narrative and themes that are explored through these characters, they are "complete" characters. Why do people expect a human kid who only a couple months prior to awakening his Fullbring, was struggling with high school delinquents, to be able to contend with Shinigami or Arrancar who have had centuries or even millennia to get accustomed to their powers and become expert or even master swordsmen and martial artists? To me, the fact that Chad could even hang with lieutenants and some captains (you could argue) is already proof of his insane talent... Uryu had been training to be a Quincy since he was like 3 years old, and Chad could keep up with him at certain points in the story after awakening his second arm. Even in the Fullbring arc (so, before Uryu got his schrift and Volstandig), they did about the same against Tsukishima and Ginjo. It's just that people get caught up in their own expectations and end up making the mistake of subconsciously comparing Chad to Ichigo. They are both VERY talented, all things considered, however Ichigo is just literally built different and is a generational prodigy. Chad is Ginjo to Ichigo's Aizen. Ginjo is great, but you look at Aizen and all of a sudden Ginjo seems so small in comparison. To me, the only "wasted potential" in Bleach is Ikkaku Madarame because I like his Bankai and wanted to see it more (it would also be a character development moment if he used it in the open.... maybe after seeing Zaraki use his own), and maybe Tatsuki (just because I like her) and that's it. Everything else for the most part is narratively consistent and makes sense in context.
IMO? It's because of Shounen brainrot - where most people just value and define a character and their arc based on their power metrics from start to finish. A character can't possibly be complete unless they do some super cool secret final power-up move that almost kills or kills a big bad. To add your point, Ichigo is not even just "built different" as a prodigy (like Toshiro). Ichigo is literally a "golden child" created from decades of planning by several antagonists and the work of several other protagonists. He's been built to become a Soul King progenitor and as the MC, obviously overcomes, the biggest bads. Chad's always been just a dude with a Fullbring due to Hollow trauma. And despite the fact he's gone through his obligatory Shounen character arcs as a regular Joe and his growth being "done" - he still shows up to face otherwise Eldritch-tier horrors for his crew, and can contest fights.
Every new bleach arc be like: New character appears and says: Your old power was just fraction of your power, you don't know your true self yet. Get to know yourself and you get ultimate power.
He seems like a very good counter against stern ritters. They couid've implemented atleast one frame in the anime where he is visible somewhere kicking ass to some mid-tier stern ritters off-screen. That would make sense for his final development as a side character. Chad's arm was the coolest shit when I was a kid. It's sad to see it being so underdeveloped. When soul society/arrancar arc was coming out I thought he would have full transformation in the future but this never happened :(
Something else worth mentioning for HM Chad is that Uryu is able to pierce Szayelaporro's hierro with his scheel schneider and also almost Killing Him with Sprenger. The reason this is relatively impressive is bc Szayel himself note He survived bc those attacks are still using uryu's reaitsu which is weakened inside said room. So a heavily nerfed uryu is still able to pretty much mortally wound base espada 8, meaning with his strongest attacks at full power He should still be able to damage res. Espada 8 (Also renji was nerfed to his 10% / 20% via his bankai being sealed, so I guess you could aply that same nerf to uryu doing the fight). Now this also goes to chad bc both uryu's scheele schneider and chad's La muerte are able to oneshot a Privaron, so at the very least La Muerte would be able to deal big damage to Szayel / Aaroniero. Ichigo's gang is able to damage the lower tier espadas while the lieutenants are just fighting evenly with fraccions, even ignoring the whole one shoting a privaron who is > Fraccions thing. It's clear as day the gang is above that lieutenant level in this arc.
To be fair, Ichigo's fullbring had a final transformation, a full form. I don't see why Chad couldn't have one, especially as his only power is *his fullbring*, and Ichigo used his for a much shorter time, and still developed a full form. Sure, Ichigo is way more talented, but Chad should have way more experience with his fullbring, and should by all accounts be able to get a full form. I just wish they explored it more, but who knows, maybe they will add something like that in the anime
I think Kubo wasted a chance to make Chad shine in the TYBW...since Chad's habilities are Hollow type powers he could be a awesome countermesure to the majority of the Quincys.
There tends to be that cliche shonen trope of characters being drawn to one another, like they are destined to fight because they are aware of how powerful they are, so it's plausible to consider that Chad is extremely strong but because he can't pinpoint the nature of his power he is unable to fully utilize it. Given the nature of the naming scheme, I do enjoy the theory that his power is related to the "Hell Realm" and since we never get a full grasp of the power hierarchy there it would make sense that Chad is never able to fully utilize his powers. Since we could suggest that his powers are a combination of Hollow/Hell similar to how we could suggest that Orihime's power is Hollow/Kido considering how Hachi reacted to her powers and his skill with Kido. So for Orihime, it might have been easier to conceptualize her power because of what she observed from Hachi and potentially offscreen she did learn the finer aspects of the concept behind Kido or at least understanding how Hachi's abilities work. If another arc ever does come to Bleach, it would definitely be interesting if it is able to tap into Chad's power concept, since I would imagine there is definitely a limiter holding him back that doesn't allow him to fully utilize his powers. My guess would be since his powers are conceptualized after "el diablo" in a sense, then his powers may be more potent if he allows himself to be angry and utilizes that rage. However because of his Abuelo and how his grandfather told him how his fist should be used to protect, while he is able to manifest his powers to protect, because he is limiting himself to not show that type of anger, he can't fully utilize his abilities. While yes he has shown that he can fire off an immense blast that if it landed would deal severe damage, his inability to fully tap into his powers is what holds him back and it's clearly shown from the fact how he was able to "evolve" his ability in Hueco Mundo because of the dimension he was in, however I would take a guess that the reason why he holds back just how much his powers consume his body is because if he allowed his body to be clad in Hollow/Hell power, then he would look like a demon and lose his humanity, in his mind at least. So it's possible it's his own mental limitations that prevent him from fully conceptualizing his powers because it manifest from the pride in his blood, his lineage however if he can't show his face or trust in his durable body or rather if he only relies on his power then it's possible he would lose that moral code he built within himself.
I remember in the anime during one of the opening theme songs you see Chad fight a little with soi fon, given the speed thing he would have definitely lost, and openings arent canon, but I thought it was interesting
an idea ive had to help chad for the longest time is such: chads powers should be absolute offense and defense a way to make it work is he has a limit he can handle rather than be weak he can absorb the attacks to his right and channel it into his right, giving him energy to use for that offense for the limit its like what nues exorcist described with the faucet he can only take in so much and in turn use so much so training that would make him way stronger he could truly be the tank of the group
i don't remember the episode number, but it was one of the earlier ones where he started throwing hands with a hollow he could not see, he become one of my favs! i can never imagine him losing !
I mean it would make sense for the Chad versus tsukishima fight to be Canon because Kubo kept getting rushed in the manga so he added a bunch of anime only fights like he's doing in blood war
Would be cool if Chad's true power is awakened in the Hell arc that is on par with Ichigo, given that his abilities are named after hell concepts, "diablo" for example
And you can't forget in the fight against the Arrancar, that Uryu has anti Hollow powers, and Chad has powers that equal or are Identität to the powers of Hollow's. So Uryu and Chad could be exactly similar in power at the end of the Hueco Mundo arc. Because their affinity are the completly opposite, Chad was in a disadvantage.
Chad/Orijime human Uryu quincy Ichigo mixed breed So Chad is probably the most powerful human in the series. But can you name a human in soul society? Everyone in soul society aside from Ichigo went to soul reaper academy and had to rise up the ranks.
Chad is unfortunately always with Ichigo, so he's always against some hilariously strong characters and that is an impossible level. The only 2 characters in the series that grow THAT fast are Ichigo and Kenpachi, it's really not Chad's fault. He's lower captain levels by the end, depending on how good his Bringers Light is he might be stronger then some Captains. I'd say any Lieutenant loses to him except Renji. Perhaps even some of the new captains like Iba...but his speed is still, relatively, a weakness.
Chad is definitely on the weaker captain/strong vice Captain level by EOS, people forget that he actually beats most current vice Captains and definitely current captain of squad 4 and iba
why? hes power is full bring based and has nothing to do with hollows at all other than looking alike. a full body transformation *final form' would be cool if thats what you are reffering to. bossting speed and defence as he needs it.

Chad was Bankai Renji level before he awoke the arm shield
@@olo703 Just because he was training with him doesn't mean he was on his level, Renji was slapping Chad around the whole time which we see every single time we see them sparring, that whole training was basically buffing Chad's durability and trying to help him awaken more.
Ichigo was training with Urahara for a week non stop, that doesn't mean Ichigo was on Urahara's level
Renji trained with Byakuya and Ichibei, that doesn't mean he is on Ichibei's level
Chad was close to Renji's level, but lower than him. As said above, Renji was basically high tier lieutenant level, since he had a bankai, and Chad was probably mid-tier lieutenant level
I see this Chad maybe beating Nemu (not the supercharged TYBW Nemu), Sentaro, maybe Momo, I don't see him beating Bankai Ikkaku, Hisagi, Bankai Renji, honestly I don't think he has an answer to Matsumoto unless his blasts can actually dissipate Haineko, if he can then he has a decent chance against her.
He needs a "final form." Where he fully transforms.
Indeed. Imagine he transforms whole his skin into knight armor-like. And maximize his power
kubo is saving it for arc that cannot be named so chad can take down the "warden of hell" with his new power up
It would be cool to see, but he doesn't "need" it.
His fullbring is his "arms", it wouldn't make sense if his whole body transforms.
It'd be like expecting Kensei's Bankai to have a full transformation.
Check out S-Cryed Kazuma has a full transformation that would be a great thing for Chad
@@timefazer-fv9bwgood news : kubo's team also talk the words "hell arc" when they are asked questions about it and do not deny it.
14:33 You kinda glossed over here that Chad did train with Xecution. Meaning he now has a Fullbring version of flashstep and other basic techniques that were developed to help fullbringers keep up with soul reapers despite human bodies. This is a massive boost that makes alot of sense of him being on level with Byakuya.
bringer light
The reason i didn't mention this is because in his fight with Gantenbainne he was stated to be faster than a sonido, so he already fixed his speed issue. But you are right this is a massive boost.
@@albertoluis1544he does not. When they introduced bringer light, chad was witnessing it from ichigo facing tsukishima. Meaning he still has not been confirmed to use it.
@Thecor13 that's sad. Chad needs Full Bringer basics badly!
Actually a great comparison
"Chad, have you ever heard of the Worf Effect?"
Except Jogo is like top 15 strongest in the verse and Chad isn't
I actually came here to say this. The whole time I watched Jogo in action, I was like, "Ugh. Poor guy's getting the Chad treatment."
@@gustavosauro1882it's the effect that matters not the strength of the characters involved
Chad is like Krillin, strong for human, but weak on the grander scale of power levels.
"Chad, have you ever heard of the Worf Effect? It's when a character is really strong but they get beat to show how strong the enemy is."
"I do not understand, why are we talking about Renji?"
Chad is like piccolo in DBZ, hes peak but hes overshadowed by the other characters
I'm a simple man, I see a Chad redemption video, I upvote 👍
Seriously, Chad is a great character, but the problem is that Kubo did it dirty with him most of times, joining the jobbers club.
I couldn’t agree more
i love Chad he is a real one and also the strongest human
What i wish we got was a full body transformation. He has both arms, imagine if his power could cover him? Itd be crazy for sure
Chads to busy mogging the opponent with that Spanish theme playing behind home
Less than a day after chad punches yhwach a video is made i cant 💀😂😂
I had this video planned and made ages ago I just suck at making videos lol
@@AnyGoesAnime i know i know it's all jokes with all the memes lol
Hell Arc Chad going to get that Hisagi CFYOW treatment just wait on it
are people really hate chad lol ? he s easily more useful than 95% of all the people we see on the anime x)
Chad is awesome, dude is strong af and does his supporting role well, plus he's a human
chad is definitely above captain level
Chad needs a speed boost 😭😭
3:33 Saying Chad at the end of the story is at the same level than a 4th seat is just batshit crazy.
I'm surprised we never saw Chad full body armor with both arms would have been insane can you guys imagine the mask with 2 faces with the armor 💯🔥🥊
Chad deserves a full body transformation
Then he'd basically be Proud Fist Kazuma
Glad to see Chad get the recognition he deserves!
Chad is definitely captain or higher, no question. He just gets done dirty for plot😢
14:20
Actually, we should remember that Chad was keeping up with Fullbring Ichigo, who was trying to kill Tsukishima and even severed his arma.
Akon stated each Sternritter in the first invasion had energy “on par or greater than captain”
Meaning base level Sternritter without power ups
For a Human, Chad is an anomaly.
equating chad to a 4th seat is pretty wild.
Chad is my favorite charachter too, I allways liked the idea of his powers being a mistery at the start of the story.
Anyone here after TYBW Ep 30 lol. I mean he… did something I’ll give him that for sure
Let’s not get crazy now.
@@fireblizard8366 nah, don't you want to see him pop off?
He was the first Chad....he just survives by his good looking 😂
Great video, good breakdown I like it, and chad is also one of my favourite characters too shame he got such little screentime.
Only gripe I have with this video is that I believe Luppi isn't a privaron espada, not that I remember anyway even in the novels.
I will always stand by that Yammy and Chad should have had a rematch and give chad a cool fight win vs him. IDC if they would keep the 0 rank thing or not, just would have been cool
It’s a shame Fullbringers don’t have a transformation like Soul Reapers and Quincies. In fact, Chad’s powers were a huge mystery for most of the arc.
Chad is basically bice captain LV
JJK fans after being freed from the clutches of Gege, and knowing what TRUE wasted potential is:
"Wait, this Chad guy is said to have wasted potential? he literally has more going for him than our Hakari and Megumi" lol.
And despite the fact he's gone through his obligatory Shounen character arcs as a regular Joe and his growth being "done" - he still shows up to face otherwise Eldritch-tier horrors for his crew, and can contest fights.
yeah, but he atleast deserves some spotlight tbh
The fact that ywach himself said that he couldn't see a future where chad loses was insane chad was always the goat
"Chad, have you heard of the Wharf Effect?"
"i cant imagine chad losing" premium edition
I can’t imagine chad losing 😭
Every new bleach arc be like:
New character appears and says:
Your old power was just fraction of your power, you don't know your true self yet.
Get to know yourself and you get ultimate power.
I feel like they should definitely put Chad in the final fight by having Ichigo transfer some of his power to him like Ginjo did with Xcution
Chad is the best cuz he’s the sexiest ❤🥰
Of course Chad is strong, I can't even imagine him losing
He seems like a very good counter against stern ritters. They couid've implemented atleast one frame in the anime where he is visible somewhere kicking ass to some mid-tier stern ritters off-screen. That would make sense for his final development as a side character. Chad's arm was the coolest shit when I was a kid. It's sad to see it being so underdeveloped. When soul society/arrancar arc was coming out I thought he would have full transformation in the future but this never happened :(
Power wise he is captain level, speed wise he probably vice captain level to low captain level.
Since he has an "arm of the devil" what if for the hell arc it turns out Chad is basically the soul king of hell.
Chad fought the future Captain Commander, that is just bat shit insane imo.
He has bringer light….
Chad is kool. He has a backstory, good personality, & he's strong. Its just that kubo didn't had a major role for him. He's still a good character. 👍
I think it's worth noting that Ichigo's victory over Kenpachi wasn't captain level feat due to Kenpachi subconsciously holding back.
Dude is serious! I thought this was a trolling video, but this dude really believed it. Wow... Just wow.
I remember in the anime during one of the opening theme songs you see Chad fight a little with soi fon, given the speed thing he would have definitely lost, and openings arent canon, but I thought it was interesting
an idea ive had to help chad for the longest time is such:
chads powers should be absolute offense and defense
a way to make it work is he has a limit he can handle rather than be weak
he can absorb the attacks to his right and channel it into his right, giving him energy to use for that offense
for the limit its like what nues exorcist described with the faucet he can only take in so much and in turn use so much so training that would make him way stronger
he could truly be the tank of the group
i don't remember the episode number, but it was one of the earlier ones where he started throwing hands with a hollow he could not see, he become one of my favs!
i can never imagine him losing !
I mean it would make sense for the Chad versus tsukishima fight to be Canon because Kubo kept getting rushed in the manga so he added a bunch of anime only fights like he's doing in blood war
"Do you ever heard of the Worf effect?"
Would be cool if Chad's true power is awakened in the Hell arc that is on par with Ichigo, given that his abilities are named after hell concepts, "diablo" for example
I can’t imagine Chad losing
They should have gave him sonido..

Maybe it’s because I’ve watched all the filler arcs, but I remember Chad having more wins.
Yeah Chad used to be a main character, that's why his treatment is so annoying. Same for Uryu, but it seems the anime is doing something for him.

Send this to KingofLightning
Jobber Chad is strong I admit. but his roll in the story is to job to stronger characters
Chad/Orijime human
Uryu quincy
Ichigo mixed breed
So Chad is probably the most powerful human in the series.
What's the symbol on the sheild
The power of abuelo
Have you ever heard of the warf effect?
Renji already had bankaii when he got tthere
Chad is definitely on the weaker captain/strong vice Captain level by EOS, people forget that he actually beats most current vice Captains and definitely current captain of squad 4 and iba
I thought chade would eventually be able to turn into a Vasto Lorde
why? hes power is full bring based and has nothing to do with hollows at all other than looking alike. a full body transformation *final form' would be cool if thats what you are reffering to. bossting speed and defence as he needs it.
