Eddie was one of those deaths in life outside of your family where it's like woah...no, please no. I felt it with Chester Bennington as well, both such creative, excellent minds, talented in their own ways and greatly missed by many.
If you saw his A&E biography close to the end Eddie says if God were to take me today I am satisfied with how my career went. he also wished that his father would have been alive to see him win the WWE Championship the credits started rolling and I paused for 10 minuets. I sometimes wonder what storylines were made for him and what would he be doing today.
"They" killed him. Everyone knows. Atleast it's too weird how he died then the Benoit conspiracy. They always die mysteriously. Wish I met you at AZ mills mall in Tempe Arizona In 2008, Matt but Eric Bischoff took over the show in the beginning. I'm a big fan. Thankyou for the memories you left me as a kid. I even had your action figure. Much love brodie.
Why the hell would "they" whoever they is kill Eddie? Dude was finally sober and was becoming the headline antihero baby-face WWE needed after Stone Cold left. A wrestler who can do dirty tricks and have the audience pop off like crazy. Not to mention the draw Eddie would have gotten in Latino communities worldwide. He was literally WWE's golden ticket and it took years for them to recover after he died.
I absolutely loved Eddie watching as a young fan but I agree. It really doesn’t help his legacy when people bring him up all the time and sometimes overrate who he was as a wrestler.
You did good Matt. Made Eddie so proud. RIP Eddie.

Oh and Robin Williams too, that is how highly I held Eddie.
Same. Those two names you mentioned I remember are when my Mom actually told me when they had passed.

Who's "they"?
Years of drug use and steroids made his heart huge and it failed. Sorry but that’s reality

Fr. And I hate how Jon brings it up like he doesn’t want to talk about it but you know he does
