I think WWE actually knew what happened or had a good idea what might've happened but opted to run the Benoit tribute show anyway. CTE can cause people to act differently but it doesn't alter your personality. It seems Benoit had issues long before concussions and talk of CTE. Dave Penzer, Justin Roberts, and William Regal all said that he had a dark side. Regal implied it but didn't outright say anything. New Jack said it best, he had a severe brain injured from a cracked skull and he didn't kill his family. Fans will go to great lengths to blame Kevin Sullivan or CTE but the truth is Benoit was mentally disturbed and kept his emotions bottled up. So that powder keg was primed to blow up and short of WWE forcing Benoit to retire before 2007, no one could stop the inevitable.
Cause the inevitable was that he was destined to die sometime soon anyway had he not committed the Murder/suicide…or so I read. Is that right? I saw somewhere that they said his brain was so severely damaged that he didn’t have a long life ahead of him.
@@thafearess1 I believe it was a couple big health issues that would've caused Benoit's death as reported by his autopsy. He had taken steroids and prescription meds along with drinking alcohol to extremes that his heart was enlarged. This is what also killed Eddie Guerrero and ironically would have killed Benoit within a year or two anyway. His brain was so severely damaged that he also could have died from a stroke or aneurysm not even including things like dementia or other complications arising from that damage. Many people close to Chris said he and Nancy had a very volatile relationship and she had filed for divorce before. I believe she confronted him and said she was taking Daniel with her and Benoit snapped. Possibly had been drinking or was drunk on top of being high off of pain meds. It was the perfect storm sitting on top of a powder keg that had been primed to explode for many years. It's just weird that if he had waited and not killed his family and himself, he'd have been dead in a year or two anyway.

I'm just wondering if the wrestlers knew if Vince wasn't really dead. Imagine the wrestlers on that day preparing for Vince's 'funeral' only for Vince to pop up and being all 'actually jokes lolz' and then says 'hey everyone your fellow colleague Chris Benoit has murdered his wife and son and also offed himself and thats not a joke'. It must have been a surreal day
Well besides the fact the one making the initial call for the welfare check happened to say well he's a very religious man and wouldn't you know there was Bibles next to every single body, then the fact that he was able to take his own life with the weight set that would be an improbability to do for most other people by themselves and then of course Chavo has to come in and cover for him. A lot of things don't add up in this case and it's one of those that's believable on either side of the table
@@mr.cheese9354 Where's Chris's cell phone ? how does a dead man's cell phone just up and vanish from a property ,from a crime scene, never to be recovered by investigators, the very same cell phone which was recorded as being used alongside Nancy's cell phone just 24hrs prior to Chris supposedly taking his own life? The two cell phones were used to send two text messages simultaneously . This is just one of many many inconsistencies with this case .

@convert313 apparently the phone was later recovered but not for a while after the initial investigation. Same with his suicide ish note. There aren't as many problems with the case as people think. Part kf the confusion is the WWE trying to hide the cte stuff, the media already not liking wrestling and trying to spin the steroid case. The often ignored fact that he had previously been put on some experimental pain meds that were shown to cause aggression issues down the line and randomly even after the drug was removed from the system. Along with some other shit. Like the whole them spinning his son having fragile x syndrome. And the son while not having fragile x syndrome possibly being not the healthiest kid. Technically speaking as a kid I only had asthma and a dental issue, yet I was also part of literal medical studies and had unresearched health issues. I'm gonna guess likely undiagnosed low iron or something like that. Him and his wife apparently had turbulent marriage and issues. Both had alcohol issues apparently. Among other stresses. Plus possible added brain injury right before the incident. Along with recent steroid related issues where he was gonna not be able to use them probably but Vince was still making people feel like if you didn't you'd get fired. Likely fact is. Toxic workplace environment lack of proper safety standards around head hits. Road usage destroying his testicle function and the ridiculously needed levels of trt plus who knows what else. And his best friend dying and the WWE playing it off ass like recreational drugs vs ped and pain killers from the business.

Interesting, what i want to know is, Was mccool with taker at that point when Chris died, and if so, how long was the relationship at that point, since she was rumored to be having an affair with Benoit, and Nancy found out, which is one of the reasons why Nancy was going to divorce him, but Chris killed everyone before anything happened, I doubt we'll ever find out, cuz taker would've covered for her, since that's his wife, even if she was with Benoit
When did Chris Benoit have an affair with Michell mcool
@@zaibjameel6609 Never. That's all BS.
Just before this tragedy. He even asked another wrestler for Michelle's number. His wife Nancy was suspicious he was cheating with a WWE diva
That's a good question, that's what I want to know. I just want to know if michelle mccool and the undertaker were together before that.
@@leececoni8757 if you think about, I don't think anyone would want to cross a top guy like the undertaker by talking to McCool while he was dating her. Plus I'm sure beniot and taker were friends, McCool had to be interested in beniot before she got lucky with taker. Plus Matt says when Chris died he saw taker and McCool walking together, so I'm assuming taker and McCool were dating at the time of Chris death, I'm thinking they must have just started the relationship not long before that.

Actually it's been noted to alter your personality symptoms of CTE include memory loss, mood swings, personality changes, aggression and paranoia it's also disrupt executive function so Actions and other functions

Nancy deserved so much better than to be "chris beniot's dead wife" she was a manager who was famous before she even met him. RIP to Daniel too, but a man's violence not just endong but actually erasing the career of a woman just pisses me off.
Is there a reason alba sounds like he’s always about to burst into tears?
God damn shame he lost his mind smh
I do not know about that .. there's problems BIG problems with this case .

@@mr.cheese9354 Dude, i warn you ..if you start looking into this your gonna find that this was a triple homicide made to look like a 2x homicide-suicide . I think its disgusting how the evidence hasn't been looked again ,the case needs to be re examined , reopened ,100% .
I dont understand this charade of “demonizing Benoit soley for the purpose of seeming moral”. Nobody who ever knew him, described him in anyway that would explain this tragedy.
