I just love to hear Denis speak, and his insightful thoughts on everything. Smart, wise, quiet, 'nothing to prove' energy. Humble and candid about his condition, yet *massively* powerful and capable. _This_ is an 'alpha male' I can admire.
When he comes back to the table, he's gonna clear it of a LOT of top guys.
I read somewhere that he is gonna start using peds once again. Not as much as before but I think he is gonna be even bigger and a lot stronger.. :D I just hope he will be ok

Денис это такой уровень, что при первом хвате он уже определяет слабые и сильные стороны. И он как гроссмейстер видит от начала до конца всю схавтку как выйграть. А эти ребята, да они сильные, мощные но там еще нужно через многое пройти. Денис Академик в этом деле, лучший из лучших.
Лучше и не скажешь. Академик, еще и с титановыми связками и паровозной силой. В прайме у него конкурентов не будет.

Makes sense when reviewing Khaled's fight in schoolboy. He had to result to a hook like kings move in attacking because he lacked side pressure. Denis still has a lower back issue and still top tier. If only we had 100% Denis, this generation would explode.
Maybe he'd still be at 100% if he hadn't overdosed with steroids which sent him to the hospital

Он давно тренируется, уже пару лет стабильно потихоньку набирает, думаю не сильно от своего пика далеко , а вы все всё ещё думаете мол "вооот начнёт Денис тренироваться, вот тогда, вот тогда он горы свернет! " Он и так ебошит там, и прям намного сильнее чем сейчас уже не станет, хватит ожидать от него слишком многого, тем более что у него проблемы со здоровьем, он буквально выжимает из тела максимум, а все говорят что он ещё "ТОЛКОМ НЕ НАЧАЛ"

@@oscarspark2396 that's because Larry Wheels has a weakness, which is in line to what the original comment is, Larry's weakness is his wrist, Denis pointed this out, Larry has strength in his biceps triceps and forearm but he lacks wrist power, Denis also pointed out that Khaled has strength in his hands, but he lacks strength in his biceps/triceps.. a great armwrestler will have no weaknesses, that's why as the original comment said, combining Larry's strength with Khaled's strength will produce a great armwrestler..
Both Denis and Levan are complete armwrestlers with great wrist strength and total arm strength..

What I don't understand is why Bader didn't test Cyplenkov grip strength? He has tested literally all athletes who visit The Grip Temple except for Cyplenkov who was one of the most important ones... Wasted opportunity to test the strength of those massive hands and fingers
I asked Bader personally, he said the grips weren't big enough for Denis. Laletin also had the same problem.

We saw videos of Denis training newcomers like Klokov, Kirill Sarychev or Smaev on the table and they’re definitely not on schoolboy’s level.

Idk why khaled wants to act like he is so genetically gifted that he doesn’t train at all and it comes naturally to him. Sure he is really gifted but you can tell he trains his grip a lot not to mention the fact that he is an ex mechanic he was already indirectly working his grip and hands at the job
It's funny how Devon thinks the biceps is unimportant for armwrestling while Denis believes in it wholeheartedly. I have to say Denis makes more sense. Especially for someone with Khaled's frame.
Has he said biceps are not important? I think he has spoken about biceps being less important than other things. Lachlan for example has strong biceps but he lacks other strengths
I don't think Devon ever said biceps is unimportant for armwrestling. He did say that different styles require different muscles, like pressing requires minimum biceps.

Lachlan barely did 52 kg one arm partial cheat curl which is fine but not elite level. He definitely needs to work on his hand though.
