Thanks for the detailed and brilliant review. Just wanted to ask, I have currently got Vaillant 824 Eco Plus Combi Boiler which is 13 years old. It has no problem but I have been given choice to change it as it's a bit old. I have been recommended Worcester Bosch 2000 Professional as a replacement. My current boiler works with Nest no problem. Just wondering if Worcester is a good choice compare to 13 years old Vaillant boiler? Kindly reply.
hi your nest will not work with this boiler and hive does not work too so you can not control your heating by phone app good borch bolier 2000 good choice no phone control
Worcester do make me laugh, showing off how they’ve moved the prv and expansion vessel to make it easier for maintenance when every other manufacturer did it decades ago. Can’t run pipes up the back, can’t run condense outside without some sort of kit, can’t use any one else’s controls and there pipe connections aren’t clip distance off the wall....but they might give us a kit for that, that’s really fucking thoughtful Worcester, thank you... oh and someone told me the flue hole doesn’t line up with the older models
agamng hi ! Underneath the boiler there should be a blue lever ! If you pull down on this carefully while watching the pressure gauge it should start to fill the system you’ll need to get it to one bar , feel free to give me a call on 07861935984
Hartley heating and plumbing thank you so much, I called British Gas as landlord has the £60 maintenance fee paid every month just in case sth happens so they came and fixed it but you are right that only was the blue valve that had to be pressed down . Thank you sooo much :)
Ian Thatcher good question Ian, I believe this last year they have really stepped up their game in relation to engineer support, changes to the products and much more, thank god the finally started to debur the edges on boilers ! No more cut hands while repairing
@@hartleyheatingandplumbing9801 i feel there miles behind amd with this new range i think they really have missed the mark ,i will admit am a masive anti wb , but if they relaunched a new product's and and addressed the issuies that have been goin for years i could be easily back on board with them , and there easy to sell coz customers think there amzin, but i feel they just dont listen and feel theymake to much money for selling parts for them . Oh and i wish mate i chamge a cracked block every week u till the old stock of boiler are gone 😂

@Hartley is it hard to install pipes from top to bottom with this boiler? My boiler is in a kitchen and there are 4 pipes coming down the celings.

Good job, shame about the Worcester though think there overpriced & unreliable. Also did you fit any fire protection between boiler & ply?

PRV is neat going out to rear but a pig if going to the side as is on a STUPID flexi hose that protrudes the case at a ridiculous angle 🤬🤬
