I didn't get to Greenwood. I'll have to make a trip back. I need to go back anyway since one of the places I filmed I lost all footage due to a bad memory card when filming.
This is a very nice home it is spacious and functional. I wish the pantry was bigger. Maybe combining the pantry and laundry room might be a good idea. But over all is a nice house! 💖
Looks good. To make it better ( my opinion) I'd eliminate the 4th bedroom and have den stretch to end of house, a larger utility room to put a proper stand up freezer and lastly replace that vinyl siding with either lp smart siding or hardy board.

I really do not like the front living room where there is a blank wall to look at and because of door to bedroom, really no furniture could be placed against the wall.

I don't know quite how to put it,but for lack of better words,many of them have a cheap look now and more and more people are just over it. NO OFFENSE TO THOSE WHO DO LIKE IT. If I ever buy again, I want a kitchen with a swinging door like two of my mamaws had while I was growing up...dirty dishes?no problem cuz noone can see the kitchen.Does some of the home get stuffy when cooking? again, no problem! I wonder if they charge extra for all of that sheetrock they have to put in when this is not an open floor plan? 🤣 This was a different layout, but I didn't particularly like this one very much. I don't think there was a good use of space and didn't like the bathtub in the primary suite ( but at least it has one). All that being said this is still a great tour and I can't wait to see what you have for us next! 👍

Such a big home but no utility sink, small pantry, rooms too narrow, cramped look.
Double bathroom sinks are a waste,remove one as to accommodate a make up counter
