- Today we are Looking at the Columbia, built by Clayton Homes. This home is located at the dealer Clayton Homes. This is an upscale 4 bedroom 2 bath home. I bet you can't find the 4th bedroom till I go in. Yes this has a hidden bedroom. There are a lot of other nice features in this home including a very large family room with a nice built in entertainment center. The master bathroom in this his is one of the nicer ones I have see to date. This is an 1800 sq ft home.

That hidden room is PERFECT, I wouldn’t use it as a bedroom, it would definitely be a “safe” room, place for stuff I prefer to hide! Love love love that!
I love this home! First, I like that you can’t see into the kitchen from the living room. Are they finally realizing that not everyone likes the open concert or whatever you call it because Chance had one last nite that wasn’t open concept too. Love the hidden room, so many uses for that, craft room, storage or whatever. Love the family room! The dining area is a decent size. Nate, this is a ten out of ten. You’ve outdone yourself! Great video!
I know I mention Chance a lot, but you’re the only two worth watching. Y’all’s videos are always top notch and you haven’t let anything go to your head.

That family room is perfect for my craft room, and the hidden room is great for my overflow stuff that I don't need to be right next too. I have looked at lots and lots of homes, and I need a space that will look good and be functional at the same time, and I think I have found it right here. This room will look good and I'll still have a storage place nearby. This room will allow me to keep all my crafts in one place. This is awesome.
This home has most of the things I would want in my home, coat closet, linen closet for bathrooms, desk area, laundry area, large pantry, den area and the extra room would be perfect for a craft room, and a great master bedroom and bathroom! This has to be a 10. Remember this one Nate when you do your all time favs at the end of year!
I will, not sure if you saw Sundays? And I have quite a few more that are really nice. Next top ten may be a tough one.
I freaking love that hidden room , about a month ago I was trying to see if any manufactured homes had a panic room like that, but nothing wood come up when I typed it in! I’m shocked this came up in my feed tonight! I want this bc of that hidden room and I really like that garage too. I’m sold. I’m going to be buying in just a couple months too, thank goodness you showed this home!!! Thank you
Great home - I would add some fireplaces. I also like a coat closet & powder room at the entry for guests. I like a shower & toilet in the utility room as well. Love built-ins, as many as possible. The TV room is wonderful; the hidden room is a great feature too-we all need a hidden room. lol Thanks, Nate, you do a great job showing unique homes.

I love this home. Don't care fir the sinks in the master bathroom. I absolutely love the secret room. I'd have my sewing machine, ironing board, keyboard all set up in there along with storage that I wouldn't want everyone to see.
I do like this home, it has every thing I could want. The hidden room is great and know what I would use it for. The only thing I didn't like was those glass sinks.

Knew where the hidden room was instantly. I've watched a ton of old mysteries lol. The bookcase is the door. It would definitely be my room. No tub in the master bathroom is a bummer. Tyfs
Greaf layout! Love the hidden room....alittle too much brown for me, I prefer a brighter appeal with only some dark wood.

This is a wonderful home and there is a way to have a tub/shower: eliminate the linen closet,, move the toilet over and you can fit a tub in the space that's left. A small cabinet above the toilet is enough. The tub may not be the biggest, but it's a tub!!!!!

Very nice home. Would DEFINITELY want a big tub in master bath with a shower in it, instead of just a walk-in shower. And as always, delete carpet and have all EVP/LVP flooring. Good layout. Love the kitchen and laundry/utility room. Great closet and storage space. Closets need lighting in them though.
Those sinks are definitely different. That room is awesome.

Beautiful home. Master bed and bath is a bit disappointing in regards to the rest of the fantastic rooms. Definitely no storage lack. Almost completely sold due to the attached garage 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿thanks for another great tour!🙂

LOL, I guess I got it, sort of, I did think, since it was hidden, that the shelves could be a hidden passage, but I wasn't expecting it to actually be that. Nice home, definitely a possibility.
I would not use the hidden room for a bedroom, that's for sure! We'd probably separate the room and make half of it into a gun room and other half as a storage room for bulk food. Maybe. I guessed that was where the hidden room was as soon as I saw the shelves sitting all by themselves. I think I'd put another cabinet/shelves up a little way from the one acting as a secret door, so people wouldn't guess right away there's a secret room behind that one! It's an okay place though. But no tub in the Master Bathroom is a problem. I need a handicapped tub, plus we need a shower. Have to do something about that. Extend the room out some way maybe? There's no fireplace of any kind either. I'd do something about that too. Like the pantry and the kitchen. That desk area in the hallway would be wasted space for us as we have no children and do our computer work, and anything else a desk is needed for, either at the kitchen table or at my desk in my Library. Don't know what I'd do with that area. But overall I like the place. Good job with the video, Nate!
Friday nights video will be something you might like. Doors are a little wider than normal making it more handicap accessible.

Nice house, I only wished that the primary ensuite had a tub. The hidden room would be a nice huge extra closet for me.....
I watch a lot of videos like this, and think about future plans. I LOVE THIS HOME!! It has everything, in the right proportions. I'd turn the garage into a workshop and add a "doggie bath." The secret bedroom is unique.
It could be a secret mini condo for your Goomoda to hang out out of sight of your wife & kids of course

The master bath is a great place to get ready for the day. Also the den is beautiful, just the right place to hang 80 inch television. Have no idea where that 4th bedroom is and don’t know why they would want to hide it. But still a nice home, a useful pantry needs to be that size. Great job Nate.
From a fire department search and rescue perspective, it would be very easy to not find that hidden bedroom if the house was full of smoke. Not sure putting things on that shelf would be wise if the door was going to be opened and shut on a regular basis. Hopefully a normal door could be an option to replace the shelf.

If they are going to camouflage a room you need a wall shelves that look like the door. Plus some sort of stuff to hide the window in a weather or shtf situation.
At 11:08 I knew that "shelf" was way too RED FLAG. At 12:25 when OP turn the camera and I look at the shelf..yeah..100% giveaway. That's the hidden room. How? The shelf is way too much...."inward". Get it? And the shelf is about the size of a door average door. If they made the door a bit wider(40 inches or more)like book shelves it might of fooled me. Otherwise for me..I turn that "den" room into another bedroom. Call it THE LARGE BEDROOM and turn that "hidden room" into a big closet.

This house is a great size. I'd make some tweaks, mostly for accessibility, but not too many needed. I like that the MBR closet is NOT accessed through the bathroom.
Nice house. I figured the hidden room out before you opened the door. I just don't see the point of it being a hidden room. Overall, I like the layout. Especially that the kitchen isn't right there when you come in. I love that there's a wall there. Thanks Nate.

Hibernate I've been watching your videos and all those beautiful mobile homes and each one is very unique but one of the most thing that I noticed is all these mobile homes don't have enough closets I'm trying to understand why mobile homes don't have hallway closets and not to put your coats on instead of just in the bedrooms the kitchen cabinets are dropped a gorgeous huge and big I love the tile and that dining area yes I would definitely remove the carpet if you have children and that bathtub it is gorgeous I'm very small and I could probably use that sucker for a swimming pool but thanks for posting all these beautiful videos we are watching from Virginia Jackie Maria

How much is the base price? I understand prices will vary depending on where u live and a lot of other factors, but it would be really nice if maybe u could add the base price at the end of ur videos? Odk if u r familiar with Chases Mobile Home channel? He takes a few mins at the end & does that. It really helps when u r serious about purchasing your families "forever" home, like me, or a starter home for young couple or retired folks...whatever the case is, I just wanted to let u know. U do a wonderful job showing these homes@ I look forward to seeing when u post a new one!
This dealer specifically asked me not to include any pricing info other than their current sq ft pricing. Currently at time of filming as $100-$125 a sq ft depending on options.
