Wow! This recipe is so good!! I tried making it today and followed your instructions to the last letter because I have never made pandesal before. I was overwhelmed by excitement to see the end product that’s so perfect and very delicious too! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe and for patiently thorough in your instructions! You are an amazing teacher! :)
Thank you and good to hear that you did bake it perfectly!
Thank you so for sharing your recipe. Next ko itry ang isang recipe mo na water roux. Thank you again po. God bless and more power.😍🥰😘🙏🙏
Wow that is good to hear! Marami pa akong bread recipe na masasarap! Enjoy baking!
Thanks for the recipe of pandesal I try for the very first time ever and I posted in my Facebook many friends who like to ask the recipe so I share this recipe that I follow...
Thanks Luna!
If you don't have an oven, you can still cook this in a thick pan with cover, just use a steel rack to put the baking pan into so it will not touch the bottom of the pan. Try it. Para paraan lang yan. 👍😍
I just subscribe, I will try your version of pandesal . Appreciate your Masterclass of baking pandesal. Very glad found your channel. Thank you much.

Hi! Thanks for your very well explained baking demonstration! You're such a big help😊may i know what kinds and brands of flour do you use for baking?
I only use wooden spoon brand for my flour. It's a cheaper one than the other brands. But any branded flour in the grocery will do. Usually this is available in the market sold per kilo and in baking stores.
Thank you so much for that very informative tutorial.God bless
Thank you. Thankful to this video kc nakagawa ako ng pandesal perfect pandagdag sa nesgosyo.

Hi Mai. Is there a good substitute for powdered milk? Can I replace an equivalent of fresh milk instead? Thank you :)
Yes removed the powdered milk and then replace the water with 1 cup of milk plus 3 tbsp.
You can use fresh milk or any milk but be sure that you do not add additional water meaning if your using liquid milk then lessen your water in the recipe or else your dough will turn into batterr
Thanks for sharing this video. One of the best explanations ng baking 😎
Thanks
Thank you for sharing your pandesal recipe...i tried and i love it 😋😋
Your welcome and good to hear that. Try also my spanish bread! So yummy!
This is regarding questions why I added butter last on my pandesal recipe.
Butter is super fatty and adds great flavor to the dough, but you don’t want to add it in too early and get in the way of gluten formation. By kneading in the softened butter after the gluten has formed and the dough texture is smooth, you still get the rich flavor of butter without supressing the gluten formation. I actually added it too early here, it should have been at the last 2 minutes of kneading when the gluten has fully developed as butter when put in the mixture will coat the proteins and will prevent or supress it from developing gluten. Gluten will make our bread stretchy and soft and still get the buttery flavor.
There are recipes we added the butter with the mixture before mixing as long as it is not soft bread that needs gluten formation like cupcakes and the result will be moist and tender as the butter suppress the gluten formation as long as we don't overmix.
Ithanks for sharing
