milk 100g
water 70g
butter 30g ( melted )
sugar 20g
dry yeast 7g
bread flour 300g
butter 130g
🍭custard cream -2 egg yolks 40g sugar 200g milk 20g flour 1/4tsp vanilla extract
strawberry cream - custard cream 100g white chocolate 25g strawberry powder 10g
drop of food coloring
chocolate cream - custard cream 100g dark chocolate 40g
🥨caramel syrup - sugar 50g water 10g salt 1g heavy cream 50g
salted caramel cream - caramel syrup 50g heavy cream 100g
🍧marshmellow cream - heavy cream 100g marshmallows 20g 1/4tsp vanilla extract
10g sugar

In particular, the strawberry and salted caramel cream was by far the best 👌 👍

I made it with aluminum foil and the size is 9 cm
is it the diameter 9cm? n how about the tall? may i know the size?
9 cm is equal to almost 4” So I’m pretty sure that would be 4” across (once you form the circle) because a 4” long strip of aluminum foil wouldn’t be long enough to make a circle.
when we baked it, Is it necessary to put a baking sheet on it?
I needed a baking sheet to keep my baking pans clean

I'm making this right now and I question the measurements of the rectangle. 20x40cm mine seems way smaller than what's shown here. Unless it's just to give an idea of what to do. And not the size that matches the ingredients. I dunno.

I moved in Italy and I am so confused when it comes to flours, they have 00, 0, Manitoba and many many more. Could you tell me which one I should use? Or if you can tell me the protein your flour contains. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks 👏👏😋
Generally it’s best to use flour that contains 11% protein I believe that’s the equivalent to bread flour here in the US

Bread flour is also one type of all-purpose flour but with high gluten (>11.0% gluten).
