Ewen Park Banks is pretty small, maybe more of a skate spot. Kurnell maybe smaller (not the green hills park). Goondah Reserve is small as. All Sydney spots.
Haha, I hear ya. We’ve had a few little spots like that popping up in my town next to the local parks and stuff playgrounds too. Fortunately, my work schedule the last few years has kind of allowed me to hit the parks early during the school day. I didn’t realize why the parks had been so chill until I showed up during spring break one day and my local was packed…
I have random little parks like this in a town I live close too. No one is ever there and I don’t think anyone knows it’s they are there haha. It’s always a nice quick private session.
They’re sick man! I’ve been back on them for a while now and loving the 9.5” AF1’s on my 10” set up but I definitely need to put harder bushings in them to make them more skateable, the stock bushings are just way too soft and loose lol
Yeah, I’m the same way. Do you feel like you can pinch good on them? I’ve been having truck madness between the Indy’s and Aces. So grinds I feel like I sit better on Indy’s and some with Aces
Haha yeah man, the truck madness is real! They are very similar to me to be honest but Ace was started by someone that used to work for Indy so if anything I would say Ace’s are a slight improvement on Indy’s
I think one thing lacking in most skateparks, are mellow features. People who are learning, not good, or just want to chill, prefer small obstacles. Speaking of. Check out north Ryde skatepark. The smallest in Sydney. Also Terrey Hills.
Is this the smallest skatepark you’ve ever seen?
You’d get a shock if you came to the UK especially the North east😂 this is larger and better than a lot of the skateparks in my local area.

Dude, that is a perfect mellow little skate park. And the hip looks good, especially with the curb feature.
Yeah it’s pretty sick, I’d love this as my local if it wasn’t attached to a playground lol

That’s actually my ideal skatepark, as long as it isn’t crowded
Yeah it’s sick but being next to a playground is definitely a problem lol
YOU SMASHED THAT PARK!
Thanks dude!
Where is this park Leon? Perfect for 40+ yo skaters like me 😂
Yeah it’s sick! It’s in Footscray West down in Melbourne 👌🏽
If the only thing there was the bank, it'd still be better than my local.

That’s true, keep it to yourself and they will be your own private skateparks lol
How you liking your aces after skating them for a couple months now?

Know what to buy you for xmas😂😂😂
One long piece of coping.
I would win xmas
I’d be a happy man 😂

Yeah sometimes they make pro grade skateparks and forget about beginners lol
True, that one is pretty small! Terrey Hills is super fun though
Oh another one for you - Cromer! That place is fun.
That park is sick too actually!
Have any tips for consistent ollies, i can land them really good maybe 2/10 times? Thanks 🙏
I can definitely do a video on that man 🤝
Id appreciate that 👍@@LeonPaxton
My hometown is building a park with a small budget and I might show them this as a suggestion!
Let me know if you need a hand with the design! 👍
@ absolutely! Its very early in the process still
Better than my local lol
There is one like this near me too, I like to call them 'Side Parks' lol.
Yeah pretty much lol
A lot of skateparks in NZ are about this size, just plus a small bowl, sometimes just a bowl.
If you get a chance, check out Gembrook skatepark, it's in the Dandenong mountains an hour east of Melbourne, awesome drive and park surrounds 🤙🏼
I’ll have to check that one out next time I’m down there 👌🏽
I reckon you’ll like Werribee Wyndham skatepark. There’s also a mellow ledge down a bank near the toilets
I really want to hit that while I was in Melbourne but didn’t get a chance 👎🏽
That’s perfect
when I dream, flatbars and ledges look like those in this park. If I lived there I would never go anywhere else ahaha
Yeah dude, that setup is perfect here 👌🏽
Finally picked up some ace hard bushings cause the aces are perfect but theyre forever too lose
Yeah dude, I have to do the same but the harder bushings make them so good!
St Albans and Footscray West... Hope you're skating with a bulletproof vest under your shirt 🤪
Hahaha damn, are they sketchy areas?
@LeonPaxton yes haha. Anywhere around Scumshine is. (Sunshine lol)
If the down rail was round this would be awesome
Yeah dude, that would definitely make it better but glad the flat bar is round 👌🏽
That park is the narrowest i've seen but it looks pretty decent for street skaters to practice on.
Yeah that ledge and rail setup is so good!
The original park was so bad. Fun little park for a chill session.
Yeah it looks pretty horrible lol
Bro, y’all got more skateparks in Sydney than probably the whole country I live in 💀
Looks perfect for noobs like me!
can you vist Woronora Heights Skate Park please
🥺
Sure can!
it's a skatepark for people who wanna learn to skate good and do other stuff good too "Derek Zoolander"
Hahaha yes, I was hoping someone would comments something like this 😂
Learn some new tricks.
I wish 😂
Just wax the curb!
