Thank you, Graham! Yes, hopefully it becomes available in your region soon. Just curious, is it that products eventually become available in South Africa, or are there certain restrictions/permits needed? I’m unfamiliar with how global trade works.
Not really any restrictions. The Olight store here closed down at the end of February 2023 (economic reasons we are told), but there is still an accredited dealer who carries stock, however, not the whole range nor all color options. It also takes a while before new products are available. We also don't get the benefit of flash sales 😢.

Yeah, when they closed, they said they'd be back someday🤔. We shall see😉. They transferred my account to the US, but they don't ship outside the US 😕. I could use a US shipping address, but then the extra shipping to here makes it uneconomic (I've done the math's on a few items 😅). The dealer gets his stock direct from China.
Literally watching this to hype myself up over a purchase I'm pretty sure I'll be making lol.

It looks amazing but I’m trying (often unsuccessfully) to be more financially responsible these days. Maybe someday I’ll get one, but probably not soon.

@@PardonMyEnglish idk if you saw the flashaholic video, but at this point I’d stay away from the sr32.. I’m getting multiple issues with the ui and how throttling is working.. high is super inconsistent. Turbo is doing whatever, and the emitters… well I guess they’re being sorted out… I knew the ms18 was a solid run for imalent, and I’m still claiming that as the pinnacle for imalent.. once they get it all sorted out then I’d say it’s a new king, but for now.. it’s a troublesome asset.
So, 😆😆😆😆 I bought the i5t, and have owned it for 3 hours.. I was using it to light a black shirt on fire.. (30 seconds on) and melted the lens.. the shirt did light, and on that note.. I ordered a replacement…. And discovered I can’t be trusted with hot things ( I have used my ms18 to start outright fires 😆😆)

Not a big fan of this light.
Its has some cons
It’s fat enough it’s not a great pocket light.
The light needs to be ran in high really to get any real brightness which is an issue since battery life isn’t great on higher settings since it’s a small light.
I was just playing around with it and felt it didn’t last any where near the runtime listed.
The turbo mode is not accessible unless the battery is charged enough as it completely locked out if it’s too low.
The lumen rating on it seems exaggerated honestly.
The turbo is listed at 1200 while the high is 600 lumen yet there is no where near double the lumens.
It’s not a bad light I just feel olight isn’t honest with their specs.

Good point about the diameter. It is more suited to be a bag or car light, perhaps. And yes, the 18350 runtimes can seem disappointing especially when one is used to 18650 capacity. It would be interesting if Olight were to make a body tube for this that would allow it to used their 18650s.
@@PardonMyEnglish your right it is better for bag or vehicle use rather than pocket carry and it does need more battery behind it. In my opinion if someone wants the seeker 4 light they should go with the bigger version unless they just need that compact size. I think it would be a much better light.
Olight specs are known to be pretty close to actual measurements. 1200 lumen won't look twice as bright as 600 because the human eye isn't all that great at detecting light output. The average person can't even tell the difference between 300 lumen and 400 lumen, so if you're going by just what you see with your eyes, it isn't really indicative of the actual output.
