after almost 5 years of service and a teacher resigns from a school by june and the contract states a 3 month notice to be served , the school stated that the notice cant be served during summer break therefore theyre deducting the entire notice pay and a big part of the end of service. is that legal?

how the maternity works for teachers? Does the 45 days start the day after we give birth? I’m due during summer hols so wondered if my 45days will start then or in September

The maternity starts the day you give birth or earlier, depending on your employer.
