    I've been hearing that the psoas muscle plays a major role in bigger disfunction , hip and back pain as well as knee

    Unfortunately 25 yrs ago, when I had my hips replaced, the TFLs were cut -probably about 8 or 9 inches. I have huge saddle bags there. Knee problems have been progressing since then. I’m going to try the band movements shown here. I’m hopeful.

    I have lateral knee pain but When i do those exercises for knee stability My pain get worse

      That's because the exercises need to be done in combination with other elements such as self-treatment, mobility, etc... Also, pain is not always a bad thing - it can be a signal that you have an imbalance and in that case, the exercises need to be regressed and then eventually progressed when your knee is stronger.
