Bro stop yapping and lift like people do tf was that ?
🤣 so bitter. Ill tell you what it was - it was a great workout which your tiny brain will never understand
My pain greatly reduced by only one exercise. Put a strap on a weight machine and lower the pulley so the cable is parallel to your wrist. Select the lightest weight, put your hand into the strap so that it is on your wist with your palm facing backwards. Now walk forwards and allow the machine to pull your hand backwards. Just hold it in this position. As time goes on you'll find you will be able for your arm to go further backwards. I kid you not, the next day your shoulder pain will be much better.
What's the program you use to showcase the muscles? Also do people really not warm up before exercise?? Do they want to get injured?
Its called essential anatomy 5 and YES, a lot of people think that warming up or activating muscles before training is BS :D
Just add more weight to the barbell? Or control the downward movement slowly? Ever tried single arm pull down with a cable? The press into the catch movement is just ridiculous. Stop
@@regalleaf4606 Boring 🥱
I have lower back pain Basically I am a sportsman A fast bowler So when I bowl I feel a load up on my back There is a pain in illiocostalis mussle And QL mussle can you recommend me some exercises about this Thank you
Hlo sir
Someone forgot about gravity and really used bands on a bench press my dude... Fucking add more weights
1968 called give them your workout back
@@UserfeedbackbyTea read your comment again and re-think what you are saying 🤣🤣🤣
Maybe if you'd use a little bit of your brain, you'd understand the use of bands, chains etc. For example For the bands, the latest part of the movement will be harder and heavier.
@@hamidman6974 Don't worry about this guy, he talks about gravity and forgets that the bands make it harder to deal with gravity, haha
I dont trust anyone with that haircut and accent

This video is incredibly informative-definitely the best I've ever watched. Thank you!
Wow, thank you!
Just put the fries in the bag lil bro Edit : yall needa see the replies to understand more about the video and those exercises, also his point and my point.
What else can you expect from a messi fan 🤷♂️
@bradgeorgiev ngl, I saw the video again, I kinda understand those exercises purposes now... But just stick to the original, maybe do em for a specific thing
@@Messilover93 Definitely will not follow this advice :D
@@bradgeorgiev it's just be more efficient, unless that, if you have any specific goals then do em. Also you can tell me why I should do these exercises instead of the originals. I won't mind it, let's have a based argument
@@Messilover93 it's not more efficient though - gym machines are made to follow a generic anatomy model - which does not fit everybody in the exact same way. Go and apply electrodes measuring muscle contraction on 10000 people using the same machine in the same way - will you get the same results - absolutely not. I can explain more, or even give you exact examples on how conventional machines are actually bad for your joints, but i won't do that for free. It's your choice to either follow or disregard the already free information I put out.
no, it really is BS
So bitter 😁
Unconventional in a good way

Thank You bpat! I just tried to involve a friend at deeper understanding of back pain when searching for content to illustrate it I found Your channel. Keep helping people think and move!
Happy to help!
Mm good ideas, this would help with squats.
Definitely 👍
What’s your point cunt …. We knew that
There are 2 types of shin splints - posterior and anterior shin splints
It’s worth noting that there are three main types of shin splints, anterior tibial stress syndrome and compartment syndrome (where the pain probably is linked with Tibialis anterior. The third kind is medial tibial stress syndrome (which is what you are referring to in this video). Then there could also be stress fractures to the tibia itself.
Compartment syndrome is not really something most medical pros would class as shin splints - Periostitis however is one of the potential injuries that land under the SSP umbrella. That is due to the fact that CS can be causes by other underlying issues that have nothing to do with the muscle tissues directly.
whats the website or app?
essential anatomy 5
You just explain my entire pain and I’ve been trying to figure out and of course doc know nothing. Thank you
Most doctors are not familiar with muscle related pain 🤷🏽♂️
What's your credentials here? Ive been going to PT for shin splints and theyve been having me workout, stretch, and massage my anterior tibealis as well as hamstrings and the like. The pain is where the anterior tibealis is, so how is the posterior tibealis causing either my tendons to tear or microfractures?
:D They are making you stretch the anterior tibialis? Ask them next time you go in, to explain more about Medial tibial stress syndrome and if they still continue to treat your anterior tib without results, then you should think about investing in my services..
@ bro completely skips my first question, "what's your credentials here?" Then asks for money lol
@ that’s because you think credentials is what makes someone knowledgeable. And then you go to a pt who gives you anterior tibialis stretches 😂 have a look at my credentials here, but don’t bother signing up to my products if that’s all you are after - uk.linkedin.com/in/bradgeorgiev
@@bradgeorgiev i dont think credentials make someone knowledgeable, they give proof if you know what you are talking about, is that not the point of credentials?
@@bradgeorgievim just here asking for some knowledge, your credentials look decent, but again, how is the posterior tibealis actually causing the pain, could provide some proof, a study or explanation of how its doing this, and if it is, what exercises and stretches should i be doing to help with shin splints

Been wearing Treks Airo and worked for me, takes time, that's like saying going to the gym doesn't build muscles, it takes months to get your arches back,
Going to the gym doesn't build muscles overnight, just like barefoot shoes don't fix foot issues over night - listen to what is being said in the post, instead of getting triggered by the headline

Sir i want wet for ingunal harniya exercise
I was diagnosed w/TOS several years ago. Dr at the time suggested I have my first rib removed. I declined. Because I’ve left it untreated for so long I’m Now Finding it’s increasingly difficult to relieve the intense numbness and pain in my hands, palms & arms. Effects my sleep waking me 4-5 times a night because the numbness is so intense and my daily life. It’s hard to use your hands when they are so numb and hurt so bad from the numbness. It’s my entire hand on both sides, my palms. When I first wake up it’s REAL bad, I used to be able to move around & the symptoms would subside some. Now I just can’t get it to subside no matter what I do. I can’t use my hands normally after waking up and for a large part of the morning. Have to stop whatever I’m doing because I’m unable to hold, grab to do much due to the pain & numbness
Thanks for help and instruction. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work sir
Thanks, will do!

Great video
Thanks!
I have lateral knee pain but When i do those exercises for knee stability My pain get worse
That's because the exercises need to be done in combination with other elements such as self-treatment, mobility, etc... Also, pain is not always a bad thing - it can be a signal that you have an imbalance and in that case, the exercises need to be regressed and then eventually progressed when your knee is stronger.
Thank you could you do a video for someone with hip impingement and snap hip syndrome Huge thanks ❤❤❤

Thank you great video. I have back pain I. That part of the muscle beside the spinal chord. I also have pain in left side of my abdomen. Can that be related or can it be the same muscle running though my back all the way through my abdomen and leg? Thank you
Yes, it could be a different muscle, most likely the psoas major or maybe the adductors
@@bradgeorgiev thank you very much for your reply. Appreciate it so much
Thanks for this! Definitely going to add these to some of my patients treatments, though with just me resisting them instead of a band.
Nice one! Yes, its good to start with something like that and then potentially progress to bands, etc...
Can you please tell me the name of this software program for anatomy visualisation you are using (:

I am not sure what you mean by "cutting" as one of the knee's capabilities.

Hi! This is exactly what I was looking for. I have a couple of questions: 1. What kind of resistance band and strength band are you using? 2. What kettlebell weight, sets, and reps do you recommend? Thank you!
Hi, I use medium resistance bands - maybe around 20-30the lbs resistance. The kb weighs 12KG. Reps and sets need to be adjusted based on your goals, so it is hard to say over comment
@@bradgeorgiev perfect Thanks!
