Thousand percent correct, back is over tensioned in extension we need spinal flexion with help of front core muscles like obliques deep core ab muscles etc and pelvic muscles Can’t neglect the ribcage position with pelvis that is the root to a lot of problems with posture most the time the shoulder ROM can restore with ribcage stacking with pelvis
wow great vid
Is that English? The way he talks is an insult go the language
What’s the cause of me being suffer from shin splints and aches from the outer side of my foot not the inside as you’ve shown?:(
Cannot physically stand because i sprained a lower back muscle. Never dealt with this type of pain ever before in over 2 decades

@@bradgeorgievthanks!
What about between the spine and shoulder blade 😭
What program softwarw are you using?
Solution what a waste of time 😢
Watching this made my medius hurt more
Okay no my pain isn’t there but RUclips has suggested these types of shoulder videos to my now bc of my shoulder pain only mine is like right on the bone somewhere right around that top horizontal green line. Been ongoing with steady pains and times a couple years now but the past week holy hell it’s been terrible. Sometimes holding my arm up over my head can help sometimes just hanging my arm and hand completely limp and pressing on the spot on the bone relives it. But I don’t have insurance and I’m not wasting another doctors visit for no help
Which app is this?
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Golden content , what program best addresses this I have rotated pelvis left aic knees hips irrated and pelvis as well unstable
Thanks for the comment. I have the following course that would be helpful - www.omniprehab.com/bulletproof-back-spine-hips
what about pain in the green highlighted area?
Excellent video
Thank you very much!

Wish I could find someone and afford someone to help me with my shoulders 😓

But how to get rid of these type of back pain😊
www.omniprehab.com/bulletproof-back-spine-hips
So how do you treat it?!
For me it's the middle back thats the constant problem
Thank you
You're welcome
In addition to connecting the upper and lower body, it is also the only muscle that connects the anterior to the posterior kinetic chains.
Thank you
You're welcome
I’ve never actually had any pain there. All I have is absolutely massive and absolutely rockhard anterior tibialis, that is in constant pain😂
My deep tissue RMT dislikes your video 😂
Not even oxycodine is helping these muscles relax. I'm sick of it.
I’m having the same pain, there’s no way in hell I ever pick up a pain killer though. Never have and never will. I’d get addicted to those like candy. Wish you the best with your pain. Shit sucks!
@Ch1naVirus I don't get addicted to things so it's no big deal for me. They don't make me feel any better. Prednisone finally dropped the pain level
Hello I was curious how do you fix the numbness after the nerve is released?
Nerve gliding and flossing is a good way to do that. I have techniques for that here - www.omnibodyhealthcare.com/bulletproof-sgn
I think i finally figured out what this is. The underneath muscle connects to the ribs basically. For me, the pain is on my right side. On the right side, Its more loose on my front and tight on the back. On the left side, its tight on thr front and loose on the back. My left side on the front, the ribs stick out and are higher than the right side. My right shoulder is also higher than my left shoulder. So i believe the source of the pain is the ribs not being in proper alignment. The rib flare on the left needs to be addressed. Havr to relearn how to breathe through your core to wake up that left side to reduce rib flare. Then once the rib flare is gone, the ribs will be in proper alignment and the tightness will be gone.
A rib cage imbalance can be caused by the scalene muscles, which attach onto the first and second ribs, in most cases causing them to elevate if the muscles is tight, and if it is not able to have an optimal role in rib cage elevation during breathing
@@bradgeorgiev thank you for your feedback! How would I address the scalene muscle dysfunction? Is working on proper deep breathing with my core, in my left side, enough to restore muscle imbalance to fix the ribcage imbalance and rib flare? Or is it a lot more to do it than that? I just had an exam with my ortho and he said my spine doesnt look bad at all. I have a slight levoscoliosis at L3 but he thinks it's stretching it to call it mild. I have a minimal bulge at L4-L5. He thinks my rib pain could be referred in my thoracic spine (which is typically not very mobile) from my neck and I'll need an MRI on my neck. In the past, I had a C5-C6 bulge. I would classify myself as hypermobile. He also said my right hip is a little higher than my left but we're talking millimeters. He thinks I could have legitimately discrepancy and that's not the first time someone brought it up to me but hed need to test me for it and measure. What I got out of this last exam is my spine in my lumbar region is real close to straight, there is some wear and tear on L4-L5, and the lateral pelvic tilt is noted but it's not significant and the right side is only a touch higher and that might be related to a legitimate leg length discrepancy, where my right leg is a little longer than my left.
@@johnhodgeman3980 I work with imbalances like this on a monthly basis. You could say that I specialise in these cases, as the majority of my clients are people with MULTIPLE imbalances, such as the ones you described. It's hard for me to give you a solution over here, as this is a complex network of issues that need to be identified and cleared out individually. I suggest you check out my bespoke programing for more info on how I can help you - www.omnibodyhealthcare.com/tailored-programming
@@bradgeorgiev thank you! I definitely will! This is very complex. I see you have multiple programs. I'll find out more on the site but curious if this can be billed to insurance as PT or if there is some documentation that I can receive and file it the claim to my insurance myself. Thanks for your insights!
@@johnhodgeman3980 No problem! My company will provide whatever info you need in the form of an invoice and a receipt or if you require a breakdown of the work that we would do together. Hope this helps. It all depends on what the insurance company requires.

So why people got the symptoms on their anterior tibialis instead of their posterior tibialis?
One of the primary reason for the lower back ache is due to these foods: 🍏🍎🥤🍺🍻🍍🌽🍊
Pinapple?
@@Vivungisport too much Fructose overworks the liver and kidneys. Right kidney ends up bulging, it pushes everything towards one side. It causes sciatic and lower back pain. All this from experience. Whatever the books are written about pain, from a health standpoint, they watered it down and are lieing
Apples and oranges too?
@@itzzzsss I understand 👍

How about telly on us what to do!?❤
Bro something on scapular winging and elbow pain ?
So what can one do for this?
yuh
The one I have sore right now, despite aaaall the work I've been doing for almost 2 years, every time I do speed intervals, it comes back, so I basically quit doing speed training and threshold runs. :(

Oof, can’t even imagine doing those in my current state of pain
