Hello and congratulations for the very detailed explanation. It's been a week since I had meniscus surgery. Now when I do the recovery, with the bike exercise, the medial and lateral collateral ligaments snap when moving. It locks for a bit then unlocks with a sound. Could this be after the surgery? Because before the operation it was very little and not continuous. With many thanks.
It's sometimes normal to experience clicks and pops and limited ROM so early after surgery. It would be more problematic if it continues for a longer period of time - this could mean that you didn't rehab your knee very well and did not achieve full ROM subsequently after surgery
Your content is top level, really! Keep going bro, you' re doing very very well!
Thanks, will do!
