does the lemon juice also help with solidifying the cheesecake? I've made something similar to this, but I needed gelatin powder to hold its shape and to keep it from becoming too soft and almost melted like... wondering if I should skip on the gelatin and just follow your steps.. this looks so good!

Thanks very much for watching. This cream cheese pie is not supposed to set firm like a cheesecake does. I like to use the Philadelphia brand cream cheese and the Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk. Don't add to much lemon juice or vanilla flavoring. I usually make this the day before and always leave it in the refrigerator until time to serve.

You need to let the cream cheese set up some before you try to spread the blueberries on top.

This is a no bake recipe. Just refrigerate overnight for best results
