HOW TO MAKE OVEN BAKED NIGERIAN FISH ROLLS

IN THIS VIDEO I SHOW HOW TO MAKE NIGERIAN OVEN BAKED FISH ROLLS
INGREDIENTS:
FILLING:
mackerel fish
onions
ginger
carrots
garlic
tomato paste
bouillon
salt
black pepper
DOUGH
5 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
ginger
250 g margarine
1 egg
cold water
