How is there not a single comment that mentions Maynard!?!? He did a lot better than I thought he would considering Ozzy is a completely different singing style than Maynard is normally use to.
I heard Maynard say he was horribly nervous and anxious because the song he was to sing was outside of his singing range. He said yes to the job for Ozzy though... because he was asked, not sure who asked him, but because he was asked he said yes.
@@Matt-en1kn Agree! This is not his style at all. Even he admits that he was super nervous and he wasn’t sure how people would perceive him doing Ozzy. Maynard is a God so he’ll find a way to make it work anyway.

Ozzy’s unique voice ….. the others cannot do his songs anywhere near as good. My favourite in more recent times … ‘Ordinary Man’ and the official video 🤘He never forgets his humble roots either. Congrats Ozzy 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Man Uncle Ozzy looks like he’s hanging on by a thread, and that’s rock n roll. 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻
I heard he had a botched back surgery. He's not indeed doing that great. This was amazing!
@@gailsmith1608We hope he gets better soon. Ozzie WE LOVE YOU. (Paul)🙏
My Ma didn’t like me buying the Early SABBATH albums in the mid 1970s when I was 12 or 13….She had a hissing fit when she overheard Sabbath Bloody Sabbath on the vinyl record player and saw Ozzy’s picture on the B&W gatefold picture of the Paranoid L.P -‘you’re NOT listening to that sinister looking man’ ! She would shout…lol…But I DID….When she went out shopping I would turn the stereo up to the max and would blow the channels listening to War Pigs and Iron Man and I remember Sabotage’s ‘Hole in the Sky’ would have me Ma’s tin ornaments rattle vibrating on the mantelpiece … And sometimes the battle axe who lived one house up from us would furiously ring the front doorbell to complain…..lol. (Paul) 😊
I seen Ozzy in Louisville Kentucky, Bark at the Moon concert! outside and it was a Full Moon that night what a great show!!
Congrats to Ozzy-way over due!
Congratulations to Ozzy FINALLY getting his due!
Also. Holy shit Zakk!!
I can't believe it took this long to put Ozzy in the hall of fame
It's his 2nd time in. 1st with Sabbath & this time as a solo artist.
@@MasterSumai I know that but Ozzy Osbourne has been eligible since 2005 Joan Jett made in before him for God sake. They did the same crap with Sabbath they were eligible in 1995 and didn't get in until 2006. That's unbelievable.
@@eugeniollamera771 Yea, I agree. And Rap music should be taken out of THE RRHOF as well & Country also. Not knocking the music, but ROCK N ROLL is what it says it is. How they get Rap in there Country, I'll probably never know.
Me too he's great
1981. I was 10 years old in the 6th grade on recess and used a stolen magnifying glass from the teachers overhead projector to burn "OZZY" in large font onto the logs of the big toy playground set. It was complete with those side dashes through each letter. Ah the memories. Thanks Ozzy.
Wolfgang nailed the solo!!!
No more tears solo one of the most iconic. Right up there With Edward's Beat it solo. They just move you.
When I first saw this, I thought Ozzy was in a wheelchair and I said OMG!! My cousin Lori introduced me to Ozzy and Judas Priest, two of the greats. She made me cassette tapes of their albums when I was like 10. Both are now in the RNRHOF along with Cher, another great.❤️
Cher made it in before Ozzy!??? Come on. Its supposed to be the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. The closest Cher ever came to R & R is when she was married to Greg Allman. This institution has become so political that many of the inducted artists are calling it the R & R Hall of Shame.
@@jeffreyrigby7324 Cher was inducted on the same night as Ozzy. I agree. A lot of the artist inducted into the RNRHOF are not technically rock n roll. I’ve heard many artists say they don’t care if they are in the RNRHOF. There are also many rock artists that should be in the RNRHOF but are not.
Cher is a great mental patient and no rocker
Ozzy your the greatest!! My prince of darkness. Cheers to you and your family
Ozzy is the KING!!!! Glad i got a smile out of him when I had the chance. 🥹
Thank you to Bob Daisley for writing the great songs on his first two albums. His best albums by the way.
Man this is an amazing video. Ozzy is my HERO Always has been always will be.Crazy Train has been my ringtone on my phone since I’ve owned a cell phone & I be must say Wolfgang Van Halen played Randi Rhodes Part in crazy train Damn near perfect he is one amazing guitar player. His daddy taught him well Ozzy Osbourne please keep unlocking for as long as you can. Congratulations on the induction.🎵🎼🎶🔥🔥🔥🔥 love you, brother

Ozzy is a HERO and Jack Black, thank you for doing him right by all your kind words ❤️❤️❤️
Maynard is a freaking genius and a awesome vocalist his song writing is god tier but this song i thought was the wrong song choice for him
He also can’t take the lights. He had to keep his eyes closed.
@@Matt-en1kn Agree! This is not his style at all. Even he admits that he was super nervous and he wasn’t sure how people would perceive him doing Ozzy. Maynard is a God so he’ll find a way to make it work anyway.
goosebumps. Words cannot do justice to Ozzy's overarching influence/effect on music. Thanks for uploading G Podboy...you ROCK.
why did they put jack black on there? Kinda ruins it.
I know, what a creepy chester who thinks he should be on this show and will f on the drums keep hollywood out
totally deserved better late than never , glad he gets to see this, Wolfgang you killed it, your dad would have been so proud.. Long Live OZZY!
Jack shouldn’t be doing this.
Should have been Alice cooper or someone on Ozzy’s level
So true he gives me the creeps i think he,s a chester goes to diddy parties
Glad Ozzy thanked Sharon, she’s 100% behind every accomplishment Jack Black listed
Congrats Ozzie you deserve it all ❤❤❤
I think Billy Idol found metal for the first time . Awesome vocals.
you need hearing aids
Its not good
The camera angles weren't that great but I thought for sure it was Billy... Awesome!! 🤘🤘🤘
Maybe Billy Eye Doll will learn something from this. Trust me when I say this…I respect anyone finding metal. Now…let’s find that old drawing board and doe me a deer.
You should hear his track with Tony Iommi.
all these three singers - are 'local pub Ozzy covers' - the Man is unsurpassed. Period. Wishing him better health and years of life !!!!
