    Looking at you making the thali sweet brings back old memories of our mom's n grandmother making this thali sweet I still hv these thali with me it's the same recipe like yours will surely be tasty and yummy thanks Garfin 😊

      This cake reminds me of our Christmas day and waited for this yummy traditional cake made by mummy. She use to add little milk in the batter before baking.

    You reminded me of my mom. She did some cross design on the top like hot cross buns. How to do this. Also some coating of mazapav paste coating. This was used for phalgun during wedding baat or compliments. Thank you so much. My Christmas sweets were from most of your recipes n they turned out good. All appreciated.

    Great recipe - the cups and spoons recipe rather than grams is very helpful as most people either don't have a weighing scale and don't know what 113 grams of anything really means

    What is thd substitute for sand?

      No dear, for this East Indian Thali cake use fresh and ground coconut only. It does not get spoiled.
