Finally one recipe with the right amount of sugar. I went crazy thinking that people were using way too much sugar for a normal baath. Thank you for this recipe, and the soothing Christmas music with it. :-)

Love the way you cook with gentle music. Love it not a music who upset you. For watching. Like most of them do. I always put the volume right down. I don't need to hear there crap music. It's just so loud and upsetting to watch. Keep up the good job we love your cooking..

Hello and a big thank you, Vishwanath! I used fresh coconut for this recipe :) The Baath cake is a traditional Goan cake, and coconut, semolina and eggs are quite irreplaceable; changing them would change the dish. Not that it can't be done, however, you will be inventing a new recipe✨
Hello and thank you, Lucky Films! 8 hours of resting helps the semolina soften further, 'fluffing' the resultant cake. It's a rather dense cake, and so this really helps the moisture to be locked into the crumb :) Hope this helps 💫

I baked it for an extra 10 mins at the same temperature, maybe because my oven was much bigger. Turned out very good.
