I purchased my set of QuickJacks on Black Friday of '22. Definitely paid for themselves already throughout '23 with all the car modifications, oil changes, and brake jobs! Absolutely love 'em! Enjoy, ADA!!
The procurement and first usage of a lift is definitely a momentous day in every car guy's life. I saved up for one for YEARS and I was so thankful to finally make it happen. After years of pulling engines and swapping transmissions working with limited clearance under sketchy jack stands...I still get giddy every time I use mine. I get about 42" of lift out of mine, so I'm not able to walk under it or anything...but it's killer for brake, suspension and detailing work while rolling around on a Vyper chair.
Man, ive wanted a set of quickjacks for years!! However because of the times and the fact that my children come first I havent been able to afford them. Hopefully one day I can make that dream come true! Congrats Anthony!! Hope that you enjoy the heck out of them!!
Congrats Anthony. Make sure to check the air pressure on the air cylinders everytime before you use it. One time I was lowering my wife's truck from the highest setting after doing her brakes. The Jack's started lower at different speeds and the car started to tip and kicked out the jacks and fell. Luckily it had the wheels on and didn't cause any damage. I checked everything and the only thing off was the air pressure was low on one side, now I check everytime and haven't had any issues since
Love the QuikJack setup. Brother bought his set from Costco under a discount as it was the last set left. It's been a godsend for us when doing car maintenance in the garage. My EJ8 and EM1 has seen a good amount of time on our set too. Added additional blocks for continued support. You'll love it bud.
I’ve been watching you for so long. You just popped up on my feed. Sadly my red 98 ek coupe got stolen 3 years ago. You even made me get my Yonaka cat back. Waited 6 months for it from Japan. Only for the car to get stolen a month later. Watching you is nostalgic. Have a good day bro
I was looking at these, but then saw the price, and couldn’t justify 1500-2k for something that raises the car up maybe a foot, foot and a half. When there are full sized lifts that are around the price range (of course on a bit of the cheaper end, but still).
you get 2ft of ground cleaeance. these are good if you dont have room for a full sized lift or need to work in your driveway. I recall three is also a 12VDC version that is truly "portable".
Label me crazy but I would still use 6 ton Daytona jack stands with this system. Not sure I’d feel great being underneath this quick jack alone. Pretty cool for changing tires or doing brakes tho.
Hey man! Thank you for being consistent with the series, it has helped a ton. Quick question for you. How are your Corbeau's on road trips? I have the exact model of Civic as you, and I'm at the point where I'm debating what seats I'm putting in it. I'm not making my vehicle a track car, just a good daily and road trip car. For reference, I'm 6'2" and a little lighter than you.
I also love my quick jacks had them for over 5 years now, the only issue I have is the the air cylinder leaks air and have to add air in it everytime I use it. I tried called quickjack but they would not replace it because it was over a year and warranty expired. Still works great but annoyed about it.
Anthony, a word of warning about storing your car off the ground. Because suspension is assembled & torqued with the wheels on the ground, all the rubber bushings will be twisted when the car is off the ground. Long term storage in this position will damage them. It is possible to loosen all the bolts that go through the center of rubber bushings to relieve the twist. You will then have to re-tighten & torque all the bolts once the car is back on the ground. The civic however has 4 bushing in the rear that cannot be un-twisted like this. The large trailing arm bushings, and the inner rear upper-arm bushings. They are dog-bone style, and there is nothing you can do to help them.
What is the wheel spread of the Civic as it pertains to the QuickJack measurements? I am trying to see if my car, BMW i3, can fit the TLX underneath. I measured 78-79" and I know that the frame length in the description is 76". I would get the TL if it were just that car but I want to use it on our X5 which has a wheel spread of 90". It is very encouraging the TLX fits so well on a Civic and the i3 isn't much different from what I can tell but I don't have one to measure to compare.
I'd give my left testicle for a set of these. Haha, all joking aside (or am I?) it's awesome that you have these now. Can't wait to see what the future brings for you and what you do to your cars while having these.
Dang, bro! How does it feel? You made it! When you are getting free Quikjacks sent to you then you know you are doing stuff. Super happy for you. :) I have wanted some of those forever. Great to know those will fit the RSX too.
ive thought about getting a set but my garage floor isnt as perfectly level as yours. i have a small slope to a drain in the center. not sure how level the floor needs to be in order to safely operate underneath the car.
Anthony! Great Vid thxs..... So →My 2 lifts will not come down (with no weight on them) on initial setup. What could that be ??? A serious problem? Any Ideas?
Who do i need to talk to so i can a set sent to me! Looks awesome. Im debating between 7000tl vs mid rise scissor lift from startus. Its about 3100 shipped vs qj about 1800.
Got rid of mine after 6 months. Motor was faulty and tech support gave me delay after delay and stalled my projects. I got a drive over mid rise scissor that’s built like a tank and just works. All of the QJ accessories are overpriced and puts you almost to the cost of a mid rise scissor lift.
@@ALLDAYANTHONY I’ve only been bugging about it forever now because I have one and I failed miserably when I tried installing it on my civic 💀 really hoping you have a successful install!!

I did the exact same thing so I could change the oil on my lowered Civic SI. They’re freaking great!

It was a great day! Definitely game changing in comparison to jack stands. So pumped to use these for more projects
how do you get 42 inch of lift?
Your able to drop engines out of it?
42 inch of lift or 24?
Man, ive wanted a set of quickjacks for years!! However because of the times and the fact that my children come first I havent been able to afford them. Hopefully one day I can make that dream come true! Congrats Anthony!! Hope that you enjoy the heck out of them!!
Yep children first, toys second. I hope you can get a set someday!
I naturally feel like I would need to place a few jack stands just as back up.
Congrats Anthony. Make sure to check the air pressure on the air cylinders everytime before you use it. One time I was lowering my wife's truck from the highest setting after doing her brakes. Good thing to note!
Those are freaking amazing !! Congrats Anthony and yes every car guy needs them.
Thanks man!!

Costco seems to have the best deals on them for sure

Welcome to the quickjacks family. Glad you enjoy them and looking forward to future content.
Mannn!!! That civic looks fire!
It’s absolutely filthy lol
Love the vids, hope to see driving around in town sometime
Maybe one day!

It’s all about space and what’s realistic. I wish I had enough room for a lift. These are a great alternative that can be stored away easily
@@ALLDAYANTHONY True true

I feel safer under these than I do jackstands to be honest
Easily buying this next!!!
You’ll love them

Good call I’ll have to check that from time to time

Just a heads up, you have them oriented the wrong way. They should be turned 180 degrees for cars with engines in the front (page 40 in manual.)
The civic is light enough I didn’t think it mattered, but you have a good point!

Love the videos Anthony what camera set do you use.?
I want to get 7000TL but don’t know if it’s too big for my eg civic? What do u think

Haha it feels great! Still have lots to work towards but I am very grateful
What tint percent do you have on the civic?
I think it’s 18
Just checked out there website I was expecting 5k and up to be honest. I was very surprised how affordable this is 😮
That is one sweet setup 👍👍
Been a minute since I've been here but helloooo lookin forward to seeing this😂
Thanks for watching dude
So that means, that the 5000TLX will fit for the hatchbacks as well, right?
Correct
ive thought about getting a set but my garage floor isnt as perfectly level as yours. i have a small slope to a drain in the center. not sure how level the floor needs to be in order to safely operate underneath the car.
I think close to level is good enough

are you able to remove the quick connects after using the sealant?
I haven’t tried but I’m sure you can
Who do i need to talk to so i can a set sent to me! Looks awesome. Im debating between 7000tl vs mid rise scissor lift from startus. Its about 3100 shipped vs qj about 1800.
best tool I ever purchased.
Glad you love them!
I bought a pair of these in 2019 for $700 at Costco best money spent till I upgraded to a maxjax lift
As with most videos, Jack's are backwards
We missed the Honda, do a build series, stealth audio😂❤
do you know anybody with a silver 2000 front end
Dang no coupon code? Love their stuff
No unfortunately I don’t have one, but I would check Costco. They usually have great deals on them

Interesting! All my communication with them has been awesome!
Yeah I also need a giant air compressor and a massive house with a 2 car garage too.
I need this!
Thanks BendPak for sending him the lift to review, doesn't read the instructions and puts the car on the lift backwards. Well played.
It’s a civic, they can go in either direction for a car this light
Ah! Now you can install the skunk2 intake manifold on the civic! 👁️👄👁️
Hahaha yes!
@@ALLDAYANTHONY I’ve only been bugging about it forever now because I have one and I failed miserably when I tried installing it on my civic 💀 really hoping you have a successful install!!
Finally!
Idk man… they’re a little pricey for only 22” of lift.… you can score a brand new lift for the same price… :/ ugh I’m conflicted
Do you have room for a full size lift? I don’t
I just saw this on fb market today! Didnt last very long and Now its sold 🤦♂️
Dang!
wheres the discount code my guy :D
I should probably ask them for one lol
@@ALLDAYANTHONY I wanna get one for the isf
Anthony is never speechless! Ask his wife what he goes on about when sleeping! 😊
lol
A lot of hydraulic cables lying around to be rolling a creeper through there.
Yeah, you must be on the locks or have jack stands. One failed fitting or hose and you'd be done.
Who else was just admiring the civic for 20 minutes ? 🙋🏽♂️
dont throw out your jack stands - you still need to use them
"here in my garage"
