      Are you really serious?? Come on mate .
      India infact never had this timid and unproductive foregin affairs minister in its entire history . Jaishankar is nothing more than a puppet and idiot too . Just like Manmohan Singh . Unelected irresponsible person as a minister end up being a self sabotaging fool . All of them namely , jaishankar , nirmala shitaraman the FM and also dobhal , all of these are puppets and idiots of highest order . They are there for a reason , so that nobody else challenges modi in the cabinet . Rascals . They are denting India's future for their own selfish reasons . They are taking our country towards getting doomed and they are doing so at real fast rate .
      Only god now can save us . Idiot fellows 😢

      Jaishankar infact is committing mistakes and that also of serious nature as far as national intrests of india is concerned. I am speaking in long run . Foreign policies don't bloom and ripe suddenly . The repercussions are slow and serious , sometimes accompanied by disastrous results .
      Mr jaishankar needs to calm down and also be answerable to Indian people .
      The latest blunder he made is in the form of loosing thousands of sqkm of indian land to china . And that for what ? So that bjp can boast of solving disputes with China and forcing them for an agreement. These are non sense . China got what they wanted . So it's a loss for india . This shameless jaishankar still blabbering by calling it a historical achievements. Shameless guy

    There's tendency to count our chickens before they are hatched, as is a clear invitation of the theme for the forum. To me, if the century is going to be rewarding for India, India needs to be fully independent. Also, India needs to keep her talent at home. That way, the talent will impact every field, including the talent pool currently constraining media and politics from taking flight.

    35:15 Now I understand why Modi govt is being too soft on the neighbouring countries. But too much generosity without conditioning may unfortunately become an unbecoming someday. I don’t think it will though we shouldn’t rule out the possibility as the western influence has been growing in the neighbourhood.

      We can change our friends but not our neighbours....
      Becoz we are Going to Stay their forever...
      No matter what we should be generous to them without condition especially the smaller countries...
      Becoz in indian ocean region disaster or Crisis hits us everytime whether it's natural or man-made at some point overtheir we have to keep Politics & Geo-politics aside & to come out for safety Welfare of the citizens...
      Except they don't create some serious national security challenges for us like terrorism say pakistan or upcoming Jamaat-e-Islami rise in Bangladesh

      Idealistically it’s a great way to think. But realistically, in my belief, let it be limited to books. If your neighbour had asked you for sugar, but declines when you need some. What’s the next thing you do?

      Their is alot we offer them at the table
      Medically, tourism,trade etc ..
      We should have idealistic policy for our neighborhood...
      We should treat them as our children & sometimes childrens do turnout to be mischievous for someday but at end of the day children too realise that we are inevitably dependent on India logistically, tourism, medical treatment etc...
      Recent example of sri lanka & Maldives...
      Becoz if we can't have our own region Stable then we should not be thinking of increasing india's Global footprint..
      Otherwise it will create security challenges for us & having increasing hostility we have complications on us only....
      & Yess we should be keeping our sugar reserved for ourselves first...
      & Be ready for challenges because certainly not everyone would be happy looking by looking at India growing..

    • @pulakprakriti
      @pulakprakriti Месяц назад +1

      @@Kang.31 I understand that. But personally I don’t agree with that. I trust the Modi Government’s longshot geopolitical plans, and they’ve proved beneficial without fail. There’s no doubt about that. But personally I’d prefer putting those problematic stray cats on a leash even if it’s just a little. Maldives is a nation where their leader wins the election by “India Out” campaign. This shows the voter’s intentions. If the majority of Maldives’ citizens hate India, why should we engage with them and deliberately oblige ourselves to provide them with shelter in the near future when Maldives will sink? Welcoming that kind of people into our nation isn’t a good idea.
      In some things China’s methods are good even if it creates some animosity. But it should be applied only to the nations who deserves that.

Bharat should also get all countries who have faced the same problem vis a vis Canada to simultaneously invoke the same doctrine!

    Reality is that almost every foreign service individual is equally capable and informed to details about foreign affairs . So nothing special about jaishankar . In fact india has many more better choice for this job . Same is applicable to dobhal .
    The only person for whom we indians really don't have any alternative is Mr Modi our PM. Atleast not as of now . We don't have any other promising face for PM job .

      tell me honestly- would ANYONE in India be brave to buy oil from Russia during peak anti-Russia period & come out unscathed. Jaishankar is far underrated than others- remember he has to manage a period where Russia vs West vs Israel vs Arab nations vs China. Tell me ONE country in the world which has better relations with BOTH USA & RUSSIA?Indians have this tendency to demean what we have & praise what others have. @@shankares388 my friend, international geopolitics is never about bravery , it never was . By buying crude oil from Russia , all that we did was to help them a bit but it's repercussions for india in coming few years are going to be disastrous. It definitely was a naive move as far as India's national intrests are concerned. The story which started with that 123 nuclear deal between india and US is approaching it's end . If india shows intentions of tilting back towards Russia , it will pave a way for pakistan to be hands in gloves with US again . If this happens , it's bound to initiate fresh waved of terror in Kashmir and other parts of India . India's make in India initiative will face a block , our relationship with European countries are sure to deteriorate and the list is long .
      India should have taken the middle path as always but jaishankar committed a blunder . India will pay for this stupidity in coming decades .

    • @shankares388
      @shankares388 Месяц назад

      @@rishyapritesh6056 unfortunately I disagree. If India didnt buy from Russia, inflation in India wouldnt be manageable- resulting in chaos as in several countries like Bangladesh or Pakistan. Indians dont realise the impact of oil/inflation as Indians were one of the least affected. Remember cheap oil from Iran or Venezuela has been blocked by USA. Next Pakistan is valuable to USA only vis a vis Afghanistan- otherwise Pakistan doesnt offer anything valuable to USA whereas with India the partnership is multifaceted (drones to manufacturing to defence to space tech to medicine to many more). India has been taking the middle path for a long time while taking some brave decisions to favour India. Thats why I am highly appreciative of the present govt for taking bold decisions.
