If India invests more in R&D , it will become formidable technology challenger to China and US in next 10 - 15 yrs and the challenge will be on cost- technology combination . India has to reverse the Brian drain phenomenon by offering better living conditions ( and not just money) expert NRIs . There should actually be no connection between how weak or strong you are and how you respond to incorrect assertions. it was in indians’ minds more than anywhere else that they couldn’t speak because they were weak.
