Stihl 009 Chainsaw Rewind Repair

Customer complaint that the Stihl 009L chainsaw is hard to start. The saw actually runs well but the rope is too short making it difficult to pull over. I'll show you how to put in a new rope. #smallenginerepair

I just found your videos, looking for help on how to change a throttle trigger on a husquavarna 450. I like fixing stuff myself. I find it very rewarding. I've got the say though, Watching a pro do is job is quite the breath of fresh air. Very impressive. Well done!

I have a model 009. With 14" bar/chain.
What does the "L" stand for?
Mine has been missing that long lower handle screw. Apparently it's something special as i cant find a replacement

I don't know enough about Stihl model numbers to tell you what the L stands for. I find their model numbering system kinda jacked up.
