- Accumulation training is about building muscle fatigue to stimulate muscle growth. Although Chris came up with the tempo contrast method about 14 years ago, he can now provide a much clearer understanding of why exactly it is so effective. Tempo contrast essentially means you will perform reps within a set at varying speeds, slow and fast. Watch now to learn more!

This two slow / two fast is one of the best methods ever learned. This has almost become my regular way of doing reps.
We as a lifters or at least some go through this methods instinctively and later then to forget or never know. The Why we do it or should.
Merci pour l'info ! J'adore ton attitude et ta façon d'expliquer. Franc, simple, modeste et direct. Ça fait du bien !
What a fucking great explanation
I know this since I was a teen doing only push-ups and recognized that this is much harder.
Also these Accumulation Methods, should we use them with compound movements and/or free weights? Should we stick to using Cables, machines, and/or Hammer Strength? How long can we use these methods for and should we cycle the different methods from time to time or use all of them throughout the workout week?
Thanks in Advance!
