I believe tata motors should focus more on quality check rather than hurrily disposing faulty products in market, even their dealers are crying due to this issue landing them in dispute with customers.

If punch ev gives 300 km real world range then it will be a deal breaker. I don't think they will give 230-250 + real world range . Most buyers will choose punch ev over nexon ev .

Gagan ji,As you are also a Honda Fan so I want to ask you a question, Why Honda cars india isn't sending City 5th Gen and Elevate for crash test in Bharat NCAP Voluntarily? They have shown internal crash test videos of both cars in launch events
I also believe both of them will score at least 5 star rating but they should send it as 5 star rating will further help to increase the sales figures..
4th Gen was launched in 2014 and tested in 2021 and scored 4 star rating but Body shell Integrity was unstable so it's a concern but According to Honda,they have made new city's platform 20% more rigid by using UHSS AND AHSS of 980MPA and presence of safety features like ADAS,ESP,3 point seatbelts for all passengers,4/6 airbags etc is a cheery on a cake..
Do you also think that, Customers know such basic things but management of Honda doesn't..

I don't think they will send their cars to BNCAP as well even after crash test cost is 4x times lower(ie 60 lacs) compared to GNCAP which was around 2-2.5 cr.. because
1. They would have sent it for a crash test after Virtus/Slavia and Verna got tested..Seems like they took customers for granted
2. They got hurt when Virtus was the longest sedan in the segment but in facelift they increased the length of the city by using extended bumpers but didn't even think that Virtus/Slavia got a 5 star rating and then verna got the same..
3. Also They don't care about competition as they r doing competition with themselves as despite knowing that Segment offers many features but still they didnt think to give not segment first but at least the features which competition offers
4. No offering multiple engines like Turbos which is a huge mistake they r doing

Sir, I am using Swift car and due to no use of the car for 2 months in a year ,car is standing in the parking but after 2 months when I am using it it's working as expected..now my query is if I will put ev car in stand by mode for 2 months..what will happen.
It will work.as if nothing happened....car ki battery (lead acid) discharged ho sakate hain but li ion do not discharged by standing.
Actually all EV's should have replaceable battery, so instead of charging a battery for 8 hours just go to battery station and swap your battery with a charged battery, same like you go to a petrol pump and fill your tank.....this way there would be no waiting time...... for this all car makers should have standard battery design
