    i find SHERRY ZAC MORRIS excellent for my needs i am 95 and still doing her exercises

    I absolutely love this channel! It is such a source of joy that I learn to not only teach chair yoga but absolutely love love love the practice now!!! Beautiful whole new level of yoga!!!

      Hi Kristi! I hear you ! Many people "our age" have knee issues. And let me be encouraging and tell you that you CAN strengthen your knees and reduce pain with Yoga.     I am so happy I found you! I have tried Yoga a few times over the years & you are the best ever! You are so there with us out here in our living rooms. And it is perfect as am I not only 71, but 4 months ago I was hit while walking across a street by a van going 35 MPH. I had 4 bone breaks, couldn't put any weight on my left leg for 2 months due to the breaks, sat in my easy chair most of the time due to the pain etc etc..
    I am now up to building up strength, coordination, etc and your classes are perfect. I have to make myself stop so I don't over do it! I am so grateful for you and your compassion for us.

      Hi Lynn! I am so happy to hear that you are recovering well and enjoying my Yoga videos. Your body is doing its work mending itself, and you are helping it by increasing your circulation and bringing in more oxygen when you practice Yoga.
