    Of all the videos I’ve tried this particular one has clearly been a great help to me. I’m dealing with copd and this one is really good.
    I’ll never climb mountains or run in a marathon but I’m definitely making slow but sure progress. Many thanks 😊

    Dude....thank you. I have horrible lungs, a litany of problems that there is no need to list. I have to exercise and everything I have tried has kind of mentally made me feel worse.
    This is exactly what I needed. I do have more breath, I can do this and you filled me up with hope for a better tomorrow

    hullo my friend- It's been awhile- Ashford Fitness Society is on pause as I lot my beloved husband in November-and took a bad fall end of March-Here i sit with a broken left ankle &right wrist. I am doing PT-but need more- ty for all you do-

    feel so much better and definitely will do it daily! i recovered from pneumonia but still experience some effects of it hopefully this will increase my breathing quality

    First time trying your upper body stretches and poses and I am impressed with the easy gentleness.

      Thank you for these gentle, creative, breathing exercises.
      I especially like your teaching style. You get me moving while you're teaching. I like that you're demonstrating the movements as you explain them. I don't really care for a lot of explaining & talking while I'm sitting still.

      @@YogaVistaTV hello, thank you so much for your kind words. I had to have my big toe and four inches down the side of my foot amputated. Frankly, it’s been awful. I so look forward to feeling better. It’s been a long haul. 16 weeks in the hospital and then while I was rehabbing I got Covid19 and was again back in the hospital this past May. It truly is time to move on from this. I know I’m going to enjoy this exercise with you every day.

    Hi Sherry, I love your chair yoga classes. I joined yogavista tv and I am 70 years old and enjoying it every day. Help! The chair I am currently using is a folding padded chair but it slants toward the back and is causing my back to hurt. I was wondering where to get the same kind of chair you use in your classes. They look like they are a level seat. I would appreciate it if you could look into this for me. Thank you so much. Love all of your videos!

    Can this help for COPD emphysema high blood pressure

      Hi Dana! Deep breathing with movement helps to open up your lungs and release tightness. It also slows down your heart rate which is good for your blood pressure.
