Of all the videos I’ve tried this particular one has clearly been a great help to me. I’m dealing with copd and this one is really good. I’ll never climb mountains or run in a marathon but I’m definitely making slow but sure progress. Many thanks 😊

Dude....thank you. I have horrible lungs, a litany of problems that there is no need to list. I have to exercise and everything I have tried has kind of mentally made me feel worse. This is exactly what I needed. I do have more breath, I can do this and you filled me up with hope for a better tomorrow

It’s been a long haul. 16 weeks in the hospital and then while I was rehabbing I got Covid19 and was again back in the hospital this past May. It truly is time to move on from this. I know I’m going to enjoy this exercise with you every day. Thank yo again Sandra

Hi Sherry, I love your chair yoga classes. I joined yogavista tv and I am 70 years old and enjoying it every day. Help! The chair I am currently using is a folding padded chair but it slants toward the back and is causing my back to hurt. I was wondering where to get the same kind of chair you use in your classes.
