Why they all left you behind.

They left you because you didn't know your why. Your reasons. Your values.
Having a why is the most important part of any goal or aspiration to grow as a person. We sit here daily watching self-improvement content but don't even know OUR why?
Here is 5 steps to find your why;
1. Write down all your passions
2. Write down how you can help people in those passions
3. Find your top 3 passions with a way to provide value
4. Experiment with each one
5. Repeat

I have heard that very fact with the example of learning a new language. Initially, there's no need to study stuff for half a day long. A quarter will do, if you keep it on a daily basis.
Yeah, mentoring, supervision- what a great, damn exhausting thing. But at least you're moving. Not peeping backwards, rolling on.
Sometimes I doubt that. Can't force myself to push another hour of work at the desk, screen on, again the numbers and pages.
But yeah, there is always a silver lining. Need to appreciate and be thankful for where I am not, and for not doing things I would regret having done in the future, rather than grumping.
There are people, come what may, beside you. Any time.
Respect them (now recollecting how some things might have gone better).

With your 'why', your audience can range widely...of any age. Helpful thoughts of our universally shared journey transcend boundaries. Whether your thoughts come from experience, or through the experience ot others, presenting them with grace will touch many. Guidance through shared knowledge can eminate from anyone; and educate anyone. You are young, and I am...not. That your message resonates with me is very telling.
I, too, will soon begin a channel here. I have a similar why. Mine stems from massively disruptive former thoughts that I have overcome. I will share my story in the hopes of helping others. You got me thinking about a target audience. Now I see that age is not a factor.

We have a word in Urdu language for it.. بے وفا .. In English it's Disloyal... English word can't stress how Urdu word actually explains it ..

​@@Rajab25161I'm Brazilian and in Portuguese we say 'desleal'. We also don't have a word that summarizes the idea that 'we live deceiving and being deceived'. And worse: sometimes we deceive ourselves in the unfolding of our deepest traumas :)
