My caffeine to train is drinking black coffee without sugar. It keeps me going and workout more when I think I'm depleted. With a sip of black coffee I feel like new. (I l feel like) MERCH. Good stuff Myron

Ever since I started purchasing a caffeinated pre-workout powder, the gym has never been the same. There has never been an excuse not to go to the gym.

minimum is a good idea. its also a diuretic all the important minerals that retain water in your body willl get peed out. so id recommend a ballance of pedialite and water. otherwise the water will just go right through you and you will get the worst charley horses and cramps ever.

I realized u mentioned the term “Deload”, would u say a deload week is necessary if u have 2 rest days a week, and if it is necessary (with those rest days in mind) how often would u say a deload is needed
It all depends on your body. If you're fatigued, not making any gains, getting too sore, etc-then yes. Standard deloads are taken for a whole week, every 5-10 weeks. I take mine every 10 weeks

Make sure you get plenty of salt when taking caffeine before a workout. Caffeine and coffee especially are diuretics and deplete salt which is the most essential electrolyte for exercise.

Same here... I drink caffeine 15years.. Now 3 months i cold turkey without any caffeine.. And my body overall improved a lot.. My sleep.. Stress.. Every body should try quit caffeine at least 2month for caffeine withdrawal to feel the effects.

Low calorie long term deficit is a way to feel tired asf. Listen if you want to loose weight u need to boost your matabolism by weight training. If you go nuts on starving yourself and loads of cardio your body will simply adapt and show less results by the weeks.. It's never what it seems. Actually look into recent weight loss studies.

I disagree slightly, let’s not forget caffeine is a drug by definition. Marketing makes us think otherwise. I believe getting proper sleep is way more effective then having a caffeine crutch.
