All that snow melt just gets sent to the valley for agriculture yet most of the flood water gets pumped to the ocean instead of aquifers like the farmers want if you ask me it’s a part of the wealth transfer the empty aquifers means farmers must buy MORE WATER and since there’s less water to go around IT IS EXPENSIVE thanks newsom

This is a gift but it doesn't solve anything if water laws stay the same. Rich foreign companies bought a lot of land and grows food to use back at their home. Under current water laws, those companies can use as much water as they want.
