Ain't no band who writes, plays and performs like Band-Maid! While I've watched Magie climb from an initial 6, when I first heard it, to a 7 and now an 8 (taken from a recent survey of my cerebral musical cortex ;-), I always appreciate the execution, sound and, once again, performance of all their songs... even starting with "Made In Japan," released in 2014 when I first became entranced with the Magical Maids. I believe this song is in E-flat minor. And given the heavy use of minor pentatonic scale in the song melody and riff, it was most likely composed on the piano. Because just by playing the black keys, the 2nd and the 6th notes are left out, and that's exactly the scale.
