  • sometimes I regress back to where I started: without goal; aimless. in moments like these it is easy to fall prey to self loathing, but in fact it simply means:
    I get to provide a good life for myself and I get to choose what I control to make it happen.
    1. fast
    2. list daily, weekly, monthly, yearly goals
    3. control sugar intake
    4. learn to say no to tempting foods
    5. sleep well

    be kind to yourself and embrace the highs and the lows; your videos have been helpful while I was struggling with an exam. I am a medical student and I failed this exam in March, despite having studied well. the first half of this year has been challenging, as a lot of bad things happened to me and it was very hard to concentrate on studying to retake this exam, which was one of the last obstacles between me and my degree. your ideas have been very useful in helping me push through and retake the exam, which went very well in the end. now I can finally get back to working out properly while I prepare for the remaining exams, most of which will be easier, and internships. we got this

      Your comments are always so kind! I appreciate that we can relate to each other (possibly on opposite sides of the globe). You deserve to celebrate the little victories and the big ones. Not quitting on the walk to your dreams is commendable. It shows discipline and resilience. And yes indeed, you've got this.
