Defeating Shame (It's holding you back more than you realize)

Shame is powerful enough to keep us rooted in place even though times are changing around us. It needs to be resolved. It needs to end. Life is too precious to hold on to and to nurture shame. Nurture something else: the spirit within you that whispers calmly: you can do this. Lets do this.
