- My Ultimate Everyday Egg Fried Rice
Egg fried rice is lovely, but if you’ve ever wanted something a bit ‘Extra’, this recipe might just be what you’re looking for.
For 2 people you will need
350g of cold boiled/steamed rice
2 spring onions
2 large eggs (more if you want extra on top)
2 rashers of bacon
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
A pinch of salt and pepper
2tbsp cooking oil

If you’re questioning ‘authenticity’ then you’d be better off asking why I’m not eating from a bowl.

I would probably add sth like seroendeng beans ( green beans with a kind of fried onion chili paste sauce, or maybe an egg omelette in tomato sauce (foe yung hai) and some steamed brokkoli?
