I had surgery 11 days ago. Witching an hour after surgery PT came to my room and I walked with the Walker with no one holding onto me. Stayed in the hospital one night. The next morning I did stairs and in and out of the car and went home. Was able to do stairs. I too only had muscle pain. I was now legged too. My pain hadn’t gotten worse. I walked without a Walker or cane by day 3. I did not have robotic surgery. My knee was evidently mush as he put it.
You did amazing!! I was not as mobile as you.Recovery was slow going for me. Lots of pain and was very dependent on my husband. I guess it’s different for everybody.
@@BigelowWoodcraft I’m doing a lot better now! Thank you! I’ve went back to work but I took the 12 weeks off. Pain free now and totally worth what I went through.
I'm not sure if that would matter once they cut the top of the bone off. My arthritis was worse than most my Dr told me. I had 7 degrees of varas. 3 degrees is pretty standard.
Thanks for this video!Today is my day7 and I'm still in the hospital, my right leg is still very stiff and full of bruise.I can bend up to 70deg w/the machine but on my own I can only bend 30deg as it's too painful. Getting frustrated now but now I've watched your video,I've become encouraged. Thanks again! All the best!
Im having tkr soon. The stuff ive read has me terrified! But some people seem to heal faster than others. Im doing everything to be prepared for this! Thank you for this video!
The ice machine is the key...1 hour on, 1 hour off...the ice water circulating the knee keeps the swelling down...and can sleep like a baby..I had the right knee done in May, in November I will have the other knee done. ...A great experience...hardly any pain...in 6 weeks I can walk stairs...
I am impressed by your initial recovery, you are obviously a fit Guy, this no doubt is a benefit for your total recovery. I hope you keep the good work up, early days though, best of luck.
I feel that's the number one take away I got going through this process. Fitness is crucial. I'm doing amazing. Absolutely 100 percent. Have a great week.
Thanks for these postings. I’m scheduled for my left knee in a month. I’m 76 and looking forward to getting back to a real life again. Your updates are good to take the mystery out of what to expect.
I'm glad it helps. You will feel like a new man in no time. I'm so pleased and it's not been 6 weeks yet. I feel much better than before the surgery. 💯 Percent
I.m goin in for knee replacement 27th June I.m 78 years old was worried about having this done but seeing your vidio makes me feel less anxious hopefully I.m able to do the same as you after 4 days .
Been 3 weeks out. This guy is a miracle. I was swimming 1000 meters a day for years. After tkr, i struggle to walk to the door. Tired, fatigue. Pain manageable. Hard to sleep. Its no picnic, ill tell you that.
Thank you for doing these videos I’m only on the 1st video though. I’m having my 2nd knee replacement in less than two weeks on the 18th of June. My 1st one was 11 yrs ago and it was with a two day stay in hospital now it’s done as an outpatient YIKES! Your videos are very encouraging. What kind of ice machine are you using? I have to either buy one or just use ice packs which is no big deal since I used ice packs the 1st time. My insurance isn’t covering an ice machine🙁. Thanks again!
The best thing you can do is get your flexion to 125+ and exercise you muscles with resistance training. I've had both knees done and was very diligent with pre surgery PT and post. And I've had a very good outcome with pain but nothing extreme like I'm reading. Be sure to elevate and ICE, ICE, ICE!!! So many don't go into the surgery in shape and expect the new knee to fix muscle and flexibility issues - it doesn't. So many also believe the best thing to do is sit around and rest and that's the worst. Best of luck, my strong advice is to talk to people who had a successful replacement and see what they did.
David, I'm glad to hear. I continue to be rapidly healing. It's been 3 weeks and 4 days and today I walked 3 miles through our local trails, hills, and prairies. I feel absolutely fantastic. If you've not seen my other videos I have a play list about my knee. Best of luck and keep checking in and you go through the process. Anything I can do please feel free to ask.
I'm 69 and sooo happy to view your post. I have total right knee replacement with Mako robot scheduled for Sept 13th. I have been freaking out with post after post of the pain and wishing they didn't do it. As the date closes in, I am looking for excuses to cancel or postpone. I feel that watching you, I can make it through this. Thank you so much.
Best of luck to you. Stay positive, you've got this. It's a lot of work but so worth it. Check out my other videos regarding it and you will see what I was doing after a week , 2 weeks, 6 weeks etc. Stay moving as much as you can. Keep me informed how it's going for you.
Hi I'm a 62 year old female just had a left knee total replacement and I've been miserable, the stitch area is tight and having hard time with straightening leg out,you made it look so easy,I'm on day 10 now
Sandy, it's definitely not easy. It's one of the hardest things you'll do physically. Stay with it. The pain is there and I understand. Just keep at it and you'll be up and running in no time. Extension and flexion as you mentioned is the painful part but so worth it. Stay positive. You'll have set backs but keep moving. Best of luck to you.
My mind is blown how they are sending you home day 1! I've just been in hospital for 8 days here in the uk and I'm not a newbie to this surgery as I've already had both hips and left knee done. The pain was just beyond bearable, the levels in care is huge
@@WMW-82 that's incredible. Why so long? I've had both hips as well. Those were much easier than my knee. Yes the knee is painful but I was able to manage pain with movement, ice and elevation. My new knee is in great shape and I'm still working hard everyday making my legs and body stronger. Best of luck to you.
I’m 57 just had total knee replacement on my left knee last December. No more pain feels awesome , my right knee was done three years ago. I couldn’t have asked for a better Doctor/ Surgeon. For the one that was commenting on the swelling always make sure you have an ice pack and keep it elevated above your heart. You will make it
This is encouraging and very helpful. I am going in for total knee replacement in about 3 weeks. Thanks for posting. Hope your recovery is still going well. God bless.
Thank you so much for making this video! I am a week out from the first of both TKRs, and have been having the same anxiety and questions in my head that you addressed. I really appreciate you putting my mind somewhat at ease. Hope you’re doing super well and enjoying the “new” knee!
Best of luck to you. Star positive. You've got this. Keep me informed how it goes. Feel free to reach out any time. I'm doing great, it's been life changing.
Had tkr on 11-8-24. It’s now 11-15-24 and man is the pain level high (8-9) on a scale of 0 being pain free. Percoset works well to take the edge off, water circulation helps too. Main issue is swelling. The swelling prevents range of motion work/exercises. Thank God for my wife. I’d be a lost ball in high weeds without her. God luck out there yall. This is no picnic.
You've got the worst part behind you. Keep on moving. Best of luck and thanks for commenting. It'll help many. Have a great weekend and best of luck with your healing.
Hey Jerry, glad to see your doing so well. I'm a 78-year-old woman and have been putting this off for too long. Been trying to research as much as I can on knee replacement because I'm going in on June 10 for total right knee replacement. I've been doing exercises to prep for the surgery just to help the healing afterwards. I hope I recover and heal quickly as you have. stay healthy and wish me luck
Best of luck. I'm glad to hear you're exercising. I know it's difficult with the pain of your current situation but it sounds like you're on the right track. Stay positive and you've got this. You'll feel like a new person

Sounds exactly like me..all the same effects. I had mine on 4-22-2024 and I'm still in so much pain. The tourniquet pain is horrible How can he be doing so well??
I'm 18 days in and doing great. Spacing out the pain meds a lot more, getting where I don't need them, ice is very helpful.. Therapy is going well, still some stiffness, but improving every day. Walking with a cane, but don't really need it.
Hello Bigelow, My name is Bill , I am 82 yrs old, and live in Raleigh NC USA. I had both hips replaced in 1995 and now moving toward replacing both knees (total) starting in the 1st week of Sep 2024 with the right knee. After watching your video I am very impressed with your rapid recovery although I saw the message about the 11th day pain. When my hips totally failed in 1995 I had both hips replaced 5 days apart and I spent 1 month in hospital before coming home - very tough recovery. Your video was so helpful in showing me how well you did coming out of the hospital. I am so glad to see how quickly you were up and moving around. I see the knee surgery is no where near as bad as my hips being replaced. Thank you so very much for producing your great video. -- Bill
@@billagnor5844 Bill, I had both my hips done in 2017 as well. I say you're 82 years young. Best of luck to you. My mother in law is in her 80s and did great. They have much better technology now using robots. Have a great weekend sir. Stay positive you got this.
@@CarlLucas-zd3nj the tourniquet is brutal. It was like getting a 95 mph fastball hitting your thigh in 4 different places at the same time. Damn did that hurt. That went away really quickly. I spent a lot of time doing massage. Best of luck to you.
Just had mine today and I feel fine so far. Hopefully that continues. Best I luck for anyone that's having this done, I think it has to be better then living with the pain of not. I had bone on bone and also RA.
Your story thus far is encouraging. I’m a very active person and don’t like to be “down” for anything. Your mindset is good as well. Hope I can do that well 4 days out. It’s a journey though, one step at a time. Thanks for making this vlog 😊

Great info! I need both done but my doc is the Tampa Bay Rays surgeon so I'm in good hands. My pre-op appointment is at the end of October and maybe surgery early January. I am amazed to see how well you walked just a day after the surgery. Wow! I had mine October 8th. I just reached 90 degrees. I’ve been walking without a cane. Starting my out patient therapy tomorrow. I’ve had in home therapy since I came home 3 times a week. I think I’m doing ok. But I’m just amazed on your progress! Best luck to you. I've heard those machines are nice. I thought about building one. That's amazing 120 already. I'm at 105. This has been a fantastic journey knowing I'm going to be better than I was. Did they use the mako robot on you? How often do you go to PT? I am walking 3 times a day and almost 2 miles total for the day right now. I wish I could go to PT more because they have equipment etc that I don't. Thanks for stopping by
@BigelowWoodcraft Right now I'm still doing PT from home twice a week. Won't start PT on site until my 1 month follow with my surgeon. Surgery was all by hand, did not use the robot. I'm trying to get together asap. I'm a letter carrier for usps, so my whole job is walking for 6 to 8 hours a day. I miss it already and only been gone 3 weeks.
I go in on Thursday for replacement....gotta tell you, this video has been fantastic. I'm not too nervous but seeing how you are progressing is encouraging. I'll keep following. Thanks.
Michael it was not as bad as I was anticipating. I'm stiff but I've had zero issues sleeping and can always find a comfortable position. I had my first PT today. The PT I have is all about my goals and believes I can absolutely achieve them. I was at a low point before surgery wondering if I'm doing the right thing. I'm excited about every new day. Probably we are all different in healing afterwards of having a partial or total knee replacement. I had a partial knee replacement in January 2024, ten days in hospital with terrible pain for the first week approx, once the pain got better l improved at a rapid rate. Was given the ok clearance by knee surgeon at first appointment, now l can bend knee as good as ever even kneeling which seemed horrendous at first. You have to bend your knee as much as you can in the first three months, pain or no pain. The strange thing is that the partial knee replacements are the ones that people l know have trouble with, the full knee replacements seem to go better. There are very few people l know who can knell after a knee replacement, but you can if you keep at it. I am so grateful that l had my knee done, the pain of standing up and walking was dreadful before.

I've had both knees total replaced and a shoulder. Best advice I can give is to do exactly what the doctor says and when you start physical therapy do exactly what they tell you. Yes, it's a slow process but if you listen and do what you're told it gets better quickly. I'm two years out from all three of my surgeries and I feel great. What a pleasure to be able to walk and bend down without pain, stiffness or any discomfort. Good bless

Loved this! I'm day 26 days po and things have been really moving along well for me as well the last week and a half, granted, this was my first and hopefully my last. I had maco as well, only had 1 bad cry day. I had my moments, but every day gets better and better. Tolerable, but odd and uncomfortable and painful in the beginning for sure, but we are WARRIORS. Really doing so good on my PT, and moving along well. I was hyper extended when he went in and had NO idea either, my knee cap was basically popped inside out, everyone I know in my life says OMG you are standing so straight and tall...never realized it before! He said it could have been my injury from a pretty severe car accident in high school, I'm 42 now. Good luck to you!
Glad everything went well Jerry. Funny I tore my ACL back in 2000-2001 on an Atv. They did a hamstring replacement which they don’t do anymore. I still have problems to this day. The wife and I both wish a speedy recovery.
I am 5 weeks out from my first TKR (left done on 6/6) and I'm pleased to report that my experience was very much the same. I too was EXTREMELY worried because I'd heard so many horror stories, but honestly, it has not been terrible at all. At 5 weeks, I'm already at 127° flexion. (I was at 0° extension within days.) Stay as active as you can before surgery. Do your prehab exercises. Take you pain meds on a schedule for the first week AROUND THE CLOCK even if you don't think you need them. Ice, ice, ice. Keep it straight and elevated. Do your exercises, even if you hate them. Already scheduled to get the second knee done on 9/12. I just wanted y'all to know there's more than one good story out there. I couldn't be happier with my surgery and recovery. Oh, I will say that I was a bruiser. My leg looked like someone took a cricket bat to me from mid thigh to mid calf. Bruising eventually went all the way down to my ankle. But I was warned ahead of time. It looked WAY worse than it felt. 💜
That is great to hear. I truly believe movement and physical activity is the key to healing with this surgery. All great advice and thank you very much for the comment. Best of luck to you and best of luck with the next surgery. The bruising is definitely real but looks worse than it really is as you suggested. Have a great week.
WOW. You're doing GRREEEAATTT as Toni would say. Our son just had to put on 4 new tires plus rear brakes and rotors. You've got almost as many replacement parts. 🙂 Really glad to see you are progressing as expected. My older sister has had both her knees done and she is now 80 and gets around really good for her age. Hang in there.
I had a tkr at 81...my first and wasted too much time being afraid before surgery. No pain...just used tylenol for a week or 2, but wasnt in pain so quilt. Be sure to do your therapy...mine went very well...i guess i was blessed with a great surgeon and easy surgery and recovery. I get next knee done in the fall i hope...it is an amazing surgery.
Wow that's fantastic. I'm glad it went so well for you. I did the same thing before surgery. Best of luck. Thank you for your comment. I hope others will see it.
Absolutely shocking video, bordering on unbelievable. Your team must have exceptional skills as well as compassion. I’ll never forget talking to a friend about 20 years ago. He had both knees replaced at the same time. Almost the year later he said he wouldn’t do it again for $10 million
This is absolutely the case for me. Today is even a better day. I was so worried about the process. It's been uncomfortable at times but I can always find a comfortable spot.
I want to second his experience. I had a great surgeon, no robot assist, and my recovery mirrored his almost exactly. I'm just now at 5 weeks and I'm already going up full stairs on alternating feet, I'm at 127° flexion. It has not been terrible at all. His experience is far from unique. 💜
I had surgery on Thurs and am going through what you've been describing. I've slept with a pillow under my ankle and that was very uncomfortable. Kept me up most of the night and here I'm scanning RUclips at 2 am.😉
You're on the mend. In a couple days you will be surprised at how good you feel. I feel 90 percent. I just know I have to slow down because I'm truly not healed up. Keep up the positive energy you will be in great shape in no time.
Thanks. Really useful to get a day by day chronology of changes, pain, discomfort and progress. I'm in England and my TKR is in about 6 weeks so forewarned is forearmed. Will certainly look at the ice water machine; I'm sure we have the equivalent over here. Appreciate your time (and that of your wife) to log your progress and very much hope you're +/- where you want to be.
It's been life changing. The year before I was much like you. It just got to the point my physical and mental well being was taking a hit. You are not the best version of yourself when you're in pain. The week before I almost called it off. Once I went through with it I was very excited to make progress. After a week my new knee felt better than it did before the surgery. It improved daily and far exceeded my expectations. Best of luck on whatever decision you make. If you go through it try and get in the best shape you can.
Hi Jerry. Thanks for your videos. I'm scheduled for bilateral knee replacements in June. I've heard so many horror stories, so I'm happy to see that it doesn't have to be as bad as some say.
I just wanted to thank you for posting your total knee replacement video. It was quite encouraging. I have already had a right knee replacement in 2005, a left hip replacement in 2021 and two back operations and lots of arthritis. At my present age it seems like I have to go through another left knee replacement as it is bone on bone now. I admit that I am a little fearful of having to go through another major operation at my age but I guess it's smarter to get it over with now due to the fact that it will be much harder to go through the older I get. I had gotten a gel shot about four months ago, which took 2 1/2 months to help the pain and only lasted 1 1/2 months as far as helping the pain is concerned and is coming back again, so I believe that the next step is going to be setting myself up for a total replacement. I must admit that seeing your video is helping my decision to get it done ASAP. I'll be viewing the rest of your videos because I still work for a living and must be able to drive to and from Appointments and I live by myself. Thanks again and I hope you're feeling well. John

Above my heart with the knee. In this position my wife gave me light massages on my lower leg. It worked great for me. I hope this helps.
thanks so much for doing this video , I have my left knee done in two weeks time and then my right in September , you have made me much more relaxed about the hole thing. good luck
You have a great attitude and I believe that is a major factor in your recovery. I am 76 and have been active my entire adault life. I am bone-on-bone on the inner joint of both knees. My right knee is not a big issue for me but my left knee is an issue. I have been receiving Gel Injections every 6 months for apprximatey 3 years and that has worked out good for me until recentntly for my left knee. I am just not ready for a knee replacement. I am scheduled to have a "Nerve Stimulator" (a small electrical lead installed next to the nerve that is sending a pain signal to my brain) that will stop the nerve signal from reaching my brain. I will have a transmitter that is secured in a holster that I can secure around my lower leg and when I feel pain, I simply act ivate it and "no pain." The transmitter can be recharged from a wall outlet. I have been going to the gym three days a week and working on my leg and knee strenght with 8 different machines that build leg and knee strenght and it has made a difference. Wish you well in your recovery but I am just not ready yet for a total replacement.
You're doing all the right stuff. You'll know when it's right for you. Best of luck and keep up the great work ethic. Best of luck to you as well my friend. Have a great day.

You probably had more arthritis than him. Surgeon probably did more work.
Just make sure you exercise that Knee, thats the key to recovery ! Get well soon !
I'm moving it as much as the Dr directed me to. It really feels much better when you move it.

Thanks for the video, I am getting mine done april 30. You have eased my mind a lot.
David, I'm glad to hear. I continue to be rapidly healing. It's been 3 weeks and 4 days and today I walked 3 miles through our local trails, hills, and prairies. I feel absolutely fantastic. After watching your video I am very impressed with your rapid recovery although I saw the message about the 11th day pain.

Forward to seeing your progress along the way. Thanks.
For putting this out because there's a lot of people that wonder about things and seem like you're answering a lot of the questions at least that I have. I was really shocked how well you're walking in the first 4 days. Thanks again. Ed.
Ed, at least you know and you can prepare for it. Movement and staying positive is the key. If you want to check it where I'm at now check out my latest video this past Wednesday. It's week 12. Thank you and best of luck. You've got this
I'm facing knee replacement surgery and that worries me a lot, but from your video it seems like it's not that scary.
Thank you and I hope you're getting better and better every day since the video was posted. 👍
Think again
I am curious how it went with you? I found out yesterday I need one as well and it makes me nervous.
@pookybear7542 I'm doing fantastic. Life changing.
Ready for my right knee replacement, in September. Thanks for the video
@@LoveVanessa1 best of luck to you. You've got this.
Wow this has been very helpful ❤ my husband is in surgery now, it's been about 70 minutes also TKR & ROBOT 🤖, & as I try to keep myself calm and collective reaching to see how I can best help him and make this as comforting as possible 🙏
Thank you 🙏
@@Julieann0917 make sure to watch my other videos. My wife talks about her role or support. She was amazing. I couldn't have done it without her. Best of luck to your husband.
I just found your channel and thank you very much. I’m getting my L knee done very shortly.
You're welcome. Best of luck. You've got this.
I’m on day three. It sucks!! Once the nerve block wore off… can we say pain!!! But now it’s getting better. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
You'll see improvement everyday. It'll be small but it's there. Best of luck to you. You've got this. Check out my other videos and see what I was able to do only after a couple of weeks.
You did amazing. Hope mine goes even half as well.
Best of luck to you. Stay positive and keep moving. It's life changing.
Great result, congratulations.
It's been life changing
I had my TKR a week ago. I can't wait to be mobile with less pain and take my dogs out for a leisurely walk. I know that might be further down the line. The post op. pain is lind of controlled with medication. This nect bit is embarrassing, but here goes. My other knee is bone-on-bone msking all dorts of gronding and crunching noises but manageable. I have a herniated disc in my liwer back, causing urine incontinence. Getting to the loo without peeing myself is a rarity, and I'm mortified. 😢😢😢.
Maybe I should have checked my typing errors.🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@marycooley5152 good morning. Nothing embarrassing there. The body doesn't always perform or do what we want. I hope you find relief soon. You're not alone. Stay positive and you got this.
@@BigelowWoodcraft Thank you.
I am on week 12 now …. And so frustrated by the slowness of improvement …
Best wishes to all new knee people … 😊👍🏼
@@sally-annecoops6256 sorry to hear this. Hopefully you're making progress regardless of how slow. Stay positive and keep up the grind.
You are a true soldier , thank you for doing this after surgery results. It appears you had a very good surgeon for such a quick turnaround to home again. I’ve been dealing with same issue over last 5 yrs right leg and finally my knee now says it’s time for a replacement. . I guess each person is a little different after surgery Hope mind goes as good as yours
Thanks for the kind words. My surgeon is well known in the area. He's replaced both my hips as well. I have given him a lot of business lol. I'm sorry to hear you're going through the knee arthritis...It's brutal. The knee surgery is well worth it and life changing. Best of luck to you. You've got this.
Really nice video, and you are taking it like a champ, well done! I'm going in for a replacement Nov 6th, so it is helpful to see a guy doing so well!!! Thanks
Best of luck to you. You've got this. Keep me informed how you're doing and let me know if there is anything I can help you with. It's life changing.
I’m having my left knee done November 5th, really nervous, but this guy gives me hope!
Good luck! My knee replacement is 11/7. I’m hoping for a speedy recovery. It sounds like PT is the answer. Again good luck!!
@@lindamcneil1271 Good Luck to you too Linda and Robin!
I had those socks in the seventies. Good to see you moving around. You will be back at the mill in no time! Heading up soon to use the garage and welder.
We all had those socks lol. See you soon.
😂
Hi Jerry,
sorry for the delay. Thank you so so much for getting back to me is greatly appreciated you seem to be a very kind man. I'm going to see my surgeon on Monday to find out if he can do the robotic surgery, I'm not really sure if it's covered by Medicare because it is much more expensive. I'll look at some of your other videos as they are very helpful.
Thanks again, and stay well.
Your new friend, John Stefan
@@johnstefan-vn9sg thank you for the kind words. Hopefully they can use the mako robot. Keep me informed of you journey. You've got this. Friendship is always a gift. I'll accept your gift, my friend. Have a great weekend.
@@evanserin1 that's fantastic. It's life changing. It's not easy and probably not for everyone. That's awesome. Keep moving

@@evanserin1 thank you very much. Have a great one
Glad you’re doing so well !
Thank you. I appreciate that. Small victories everyday.
Thanks for posting!
You're welcome
Glad everything went well Jerry. Funny I tore my ACL back in 2000-2001 on an Atv. They did a hamstring replacement which they don’t do anymore. I still have problems to this day. The wife and I both wish a speedy recovery.
Thank you so much. Those knee injuries linger for ever. Thanks for stopping by
I am 5 weeks out from my first TKR (left done on 6/6) and I'm pleased to report that my experience was very much the same.
I too was EXTREMELY worried because I'd heard so many horror stories, but honestly, it has not been terrible at all.
At 5 weeks, I'm already at 127° flexion. (I was at 0° extension within days.)
Stay as active as you can before surgery.
Thanks Jim. Today has been a really good day.
Thank you. I'm doing fantastic and will have another video coming out soon. 8 month update. Best of luck with your tkr. You got this.
I'm trying to muster up the courage to have mine done. You look in good spirits and that's good to see.
Thank you for sharing your story. I have surgery next month. Have been anxious about it. You've eased my mind!
Best of luck to you. You've got this. Stay positive and get as much moving in between now and then as you can.
You did so well, that’s awesome!!
Enjoy that new knee :)
@@britishgal1808-Sue it's life changing. Thank you.
Hi Jerry. Thanks for your videos. I'm scheduled for bilateral knee replacements in June. I've heard so many horror stories, so I'm happy to see that it doesn't have to be as bad as some say.

I have a TKR in august, and this video made me feel so much better!
Best of luck to you. You've got this. Stay positive and keep moving.
John
John I'm feeling great. It's been about 7 months and will be making a new video soon. I feel amazing. Hopefully you'll get the same results I did. You already know what pain feels like with all you've gone through. More than most. Stay positive and keep moving.

❤❤why are you not wearing the support hose on to help the swelling ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
@@angerleanhammond1143 they said I didn't need one. I had no problem with swelling. I kept it elevated when I wasn't walking. When I say elevated I mean almost straight up. Above my heart with the knee. In this position my wife gave me light massages on my lower leg. It worked great for me. I hope this helps.
Came here just to see how you're doing!! You'll be back on the sawmill in no time!!
Thank you. I'm feeling great.
You recovered a lot faster than I did. Five weeks and I still can't get my knee past ninety degrees.
Keep pushing it. You have a few more weeks left to get it done. You can do it. Best of luck
thanks so much for doing this video , I have my left knee done in two weeks time and then my right in September , you have made me much more relaxed about the hole thing.
good luck
Best of luck to you. You've got this.
I will have a transmitter that is secured in a holster that I can secure around my lower leg and when I feel pain, I
simply act ivate it and "no pain." The transmitter can be recharged from a wall outlet.
