My island- one of my rooms are legit a storage room and I’m currently cleaning useless stuff out. I just want a pretty island one day v.v
I planned from the beginning to separate my island in 9 different colours..... but that would have been too difficultand expensive so I just threw the idea out the window 😖
Starlight’s Sunshine i recommend designing your island in the happy island designer. i was so lost on what to do with my island and then i just sat down and worked on my island and now i have a clear idea for what i want. it really helps, if you want to try it!

I’m not worried about the amount of books so much as the amount of freaking wood. Books are pretty inexpensive, though it would take weeks to get enough of them since you would only order 5 each day, but the amount of wood (and therefore the amount of broken axes) to craft so many bookshelves is what I’m impressed with

how did you not fall in love with her omg this was hands down the most beautiful, innovative, and complex island i have ever seen! the pottery area made my art heart so happy.
This is SUCH an amazing island..the amount of content it has is INSANE!! Seriously she had a fishing market, a pottery area, 3 painting areas, a school with two different classrooms, a cafeteria, and a LOUNGE, a nightclub! a secret Winnie the Pooh area, enchanted forest, several picnic areas including a gnome party area, a cafe/cake bakery, shopping areas, carnival, beach side camping area a spa, all of the secret paths and bridges connecting everything, the gorgeous paths! And so much more I probably forgot..! but also her house??? AMAZING the statues, hedges around the front and the way she stacked different items on hills (that’s what I’m assuming she did at least..) to make it look like a castle!! that bathroom was so beautiful the steam and the butterfly’s so pretty and unique! 💖The master bedroom was stunning the moon and lush decorations made it look so comfortable.. AND these areas have SO MUCH DECORATIONS I feel like I could watch this 30 times and see something new each time so beautiful!💖 so many little details that hardly anyone would notice them all but it makes this rlly cool vibe !
I also love the way she used book cases and the organ things as walls!? rlly cool also the fireplace as a counter in the seaside cafe IS SUCH A GOOD IDEA (I’m 100% taking it) it rlly looked like you are inside! Especially with that window in the pottery area!! Oh. My. God. So cute!! 💖the train station was one of the cutest things ever!! (Along with the gnome picnic🥺)
I ALSO LOVE THE COSTOM DECORATIONS FOR THE VILLAGERS!! Like bob had a cluttered area filled with laundry and random items, putting the two duck housed next to each other with a duck pond, Raymond’s house was all organized and fancy loved it!!
All of that COMBINED with the terraforming/landscaping!! There were so many cute waterfalls and ponds! and the little hills and cliffs used to make the secret paths (some of them also had cute little sitting areas on them 🥺💖)
All of the trees, plants, flowers, rocks, and bushes rlly brought it all together there were so many of them and it looked so cozy and lush!! (Seriously there were so many plants and I LOVED IT!) And like everything was lined with hedges! So impressive 🌱
It felt like 20 islands combined in one but it was all so smooth!! It all seems to fit you can go to a nightclub to seaside massage to a school and it all just WORKS!
Insane to think about how long this all took and the fact that SHES NOT EVEN DONE?? she’s going to rework some things genuinely crazy! The amount of determination and work that must have gone into this she did an amazing job
(Ps like no one is talking about this but her outfits were so cute she had one for like every section 🥺🥺 so pretty)
This exactly describes my thoughts. To say this island is extraordinary is an understatement. Everything is perfect. They have tiny details everywhere, from patterns to furniture items. The island is so good and it makes me realize that I SUCK at designing. My issue is the fact that I don't know where to put all this tiny details and makes everything look empty :(
Some Noob I’m sure you don’t suck! Try starting small. Spend 1-3 weeks on one small area, redoing it until you find whatever you’re looking for. I keep making the mistake of trying the whole thing at once which is stupid because it’s inefficient and I’m just wasting my time :’). Also, stick to a color theme/island theme. I like nature so I’d add lots of small flowers and natural material to make it look more overgrown. Do the same with whatever your preferred theme is. Hope this helped! ♡

This was my first ACNH island tour reaction video. (What a place to start right lol.) You are sooo funny! Bahaha, the shot… if water joke lol. I laughed a lot. I never knew how warm and fuzzy watching these island tours could be. Positive and uplifting content to watch after a long day. I have no words to describe this island. The sheer amount of time and effort put into this is insane. To say this island is extraordinary is an understatement. The details, patterns, colors, furniture, *everything* comes so well together. The issue with my island is the fact that I don't know how to incorporate tiny details making my island feel small. This one is cramped, but in a good way. I wish I had the creators skill. She could _easily_ become some sort of designer
