Just started in again with the yoga x. Love this. 63 and trying to get more flexibility in my old ass. Made it thru warrior one speed rounds, barely. I have a journey ahead, but it’s gonna be worth it. Thanks Tony

Hi Tony, my brother and I would like to thank you. We had changed our bodies because you, we still have yours routine of P90X. I´m 30 now but I feel like 25. He is 31 and look really young. I consider myself one of the clouser fans. I hope to grow old with a good health following yours yoga. Thanks again!

Going from p90 x to yoga 🧘♀️ that’s a big switch ! No more p90x on your channel oh oh I bought that program years ago it was hard extreme to but got through it still have it lol now on to yoga now lol I’m trying DDPyoga at the moment watched Arthur’s journey on that channel it was so inspiring to watch so now I’m into yoga !!
