    Thank you. I can relate to Bill's story. For myself- not one professional ever mentioned CBTI for my insomnia. It was just drugs, drugs and more drugs. Chipping away at the anxiety surrounding sleep has been very helpful so far.

      Unfortunately, your experience is far too common. The good news is, you now know about CBT-I so you can continue to address all the thoughts and behaviors that perpetuate insomnia. You've got this!
