The Sugeons Knot is used when you need to connect tippet material to your leader for fly fishing. There are two variations of this fishing knot, the Double Surgeons Knot and the Triple Surgeons Knot. Both are excellent when it comes to Knot Strength. This is one of those everyday use fly fishing knot that can be used on regular fishing as well. The knot is quick and easy to tie.
