When Great Whites are around to the shore I am bound.

Following being less than 100 yards from a Shark that the experts nicknamed Jaws I decided to stick to the shore for a while. 😂 No joke! Not only was I very near the monstosity mentioned in the enclosed link on that fateful day another was spotted in front of my back bay launch site. Both sitings were not only confirmed by NYPD Helicopters but a little birdy on the inside whispered a double verification in my ear with respect to the one very near my kayak. I asked another credible source about the one in the back and I also got the nod. Although it wasn’t quite 18-20 feet long the close proximity to where I fish coupled with the sighting being only a short time after my first possible disaster was good enough for me. I’ve seen them on a few prior occasions over the past 3 seasons and one monstor several years ago passing though the inlet When I mentioned anything about it I was called crazy. I think gleefully peddling directly over a 20 foot long 4000 pound apex predator is crazy. Lol Nevertheless, I hear my mom calling me back to shore. 😂 Figuratively speaking of course. Im not quite ready for Jaws to make it literal! Hopefully not for a long time. P.S. Once these things pass by I’ll be back on the Yak. Hopefully in a few days or so. Thanks for watching. Links below
