    This is great, I am doing this with finger and hand stretching in the middle of the runs to get my fingers strong and ready for playing.

    this is good, on cold hands, I started cramping by the time I got my root from the 1st fret on the low E to the 5th fret....now just to reach the top of the range without cramping! haha

    This is a JPXI, he's been playing this one on tour for quite awhile. If you didn't know, he's allowed to have more than a single color.
    Although it says JPX on the headstock, this is one of the prototypes ushering in the JPXI, thus the 3 way switch. Medium Jumbo Frets, and the Flatter radius which you can see.

    When they say guitarists are born, i tend to agree. No matter how much you practice, few will ever achieve this level of precision. His hands work in flawless synchronicity. It's like a brain chemistry thing. Even supernatural. Yea, supernatural.

    @BlindfoldOfficial Damn straight! I'm thinking.......if these are the warm-ups, how tedious are his actual practice routines. The guy is a friggin machine.

    @Jon King I can

  • @TheSmitchell13
    @TheSmitchell13 11 лет назад

    it is a JPXI the next guitar there is no chambering or 5 way switch and the frets are smaller and the fretboard radius is flatter

  • @JonathanAmaralMusic
    @JonathanAmaralMusic 11 лет назад

    @Jon King I can actually, it's noticeably flatter, and dude look at his guitar world rig rundown, this is one of many JPXI's just because its finished in a different color doesn't mean anything, you're just poking at a small detail now.

  • @MrNktop
    @MrNktop 12 лет назад

    Does anyone knows if this really is JPX guitar with chambering? Here on the fretboard there's inlay which says JPX (at 0:55), but there is no 5 way switch neither barolo color or black hardware.
    I never saw that John plays JPX, so I wondered if JPX didn't showed up very well or what?

      The pattern is: 3 5h 6h on the 6th string then 3 6h 6p 5h 6h on the 5th string and then the pattern repeats descending down the neck.

    His warmup is like the best i can play, so practically its not warmup for me

  • @thecrookinc
    @thecrookinc 11 лет назад

    Like i said. This is not a JPXI..... its a JPXI prototype. JPXI's are onyx in colour. Its clearly states it on the Music Man website. "if you didn't know". You must have good eyes if you can see the radius and fret size just by looking at a YT video.

  • @ChromeXk

    I think you've missed the point, this is a legato exercise, you will be barely picking at all. If you increase the picking speed to hit every other note you might as well make it a alternate picking exercise
