yeah when i was playing the beta only thing I really felt I lost too was good kiting by mass exo/medtech. Nothing infernal had felt like it could catch them and force a fight. Kept hoping for a fungal or something.
Cant they be fairly easily countered by gaunt/brute frontline with hellbournes firing iver the top? Keep hellbourns firing, whilst not engaging with the frontline, unless the exos get too close.. the reengage if they do.. whole while helbournes are firing? Feels like exos are the only high effiency unit that stops vanguard being overwhelmed
It's actually surprisingly tricky. These two met several times on ladder for example and TheoRy lost most of the encounters. With good micro it's a surprisingly effective strategy. not saying it can't be beaten, but it's pretty strong in the right hands
I think Brutes and Lancers need a rework. They're kinda worthless 😅 Hedgehogs are interesting cause they're faster than Exos and can pretty much counter them given there's enough space to micro. I feel like Exos are the only SC2 unit that made it over to Stormgate while all other units have that reduced lethality to prolong fights.

Still crazy to me how many people say that Infernals are broken and that Vanguard is gimped. Just shows that they have no idea what theyre talking about. If the Vanguard player actually knows how to make the bio ball and actually use it, then there is very little the Infernals can do. Once the Vanguard gets the Atlas out, there's literally nothing the Infernals can do anymore. Thats why as soon as Theory saw 5 Atlas, he just immediately left. Btw, one of the main reasons the bio ball is so tanky that a lot of people don't seem to know about is that when the Med Tech heals a unit it also gives them 25 armor. Lancers can have up to like 30 armor with that buff plus veterancy.
Still a match a lot of people that come from my Heroes audience are very much interested in. Just because it's not relevant to you doesn't mean it's irrelevant to everyone else.

I feel like that flank at 15:25 won the game. If TheoRy had managed to get a critical mass of Hellborne this game could've ended very differently.

No heroes (in 1v1) and no TP
The Hellborn AoE needs an attack speed boost or a damage boost. They are clearly supposed to counter big groups but their attacks were useless.
They look like they're impossible to deal with! I guess there's gonna be an upgrade ability to mass slow or something, because this looks unbeatable
