unlike tvd, the originals left me something to remember, something more than a love triangle. this family fighted thousand of years .. enemies, hate, trust, love, death. the ending was poetic to me, even if it was so sad.

True. In TVD they just fought for a girl. But in Originals they fought for the family. Throughout seasons it showed how they grew up as a family keeping their promises. It gave a good message than being a just a show.

Yeah I started with the originals and when I had nothing else to watch I decided to try tvd and I liked it for a little while but at the end of season 4 I just kind of got tired of the love triangle but the originals much like supernatural I could watch on and on and never get tired of it

@@TheCFGModderZz no i like the originals better by a lot far more than tvd. Originals just felt like it was more raw and realistic and dealt with real feelings. I prefer the originals more but if you ask a vote on a video that's for one side then it's obvious the votes will be biased

Elijah just breaks my heart. He tried so hard for so long to be everything that everybody else needed. He never gave up on any of them, never loved them any less, no matter what they did to him or to others. To him, they were all worthy of every last scrap of love that he could give, all worthy of being saved, all worthy of his every last second of time in the world. Taking the curse for Hope since he couldn’t bare for Klaus to take it or for Hope to die and he saw it as his responsibility since he blamed himself for Hayley’s death was painfully poetic. Dying with Klaus as well, since he thought his life had no purpose if he wasn’t constantly saving his brother. The fact that Klaus was allowed to come back in Legacies but Elijah wasn’t is some of the greatest injustice I’ve ever seen. By far my favourite Original, loved him since TVD.
Yeah...they just ignored our nobleman in the legacies
People didn’t like the ending but for me their deaths at the end was the embodiment of their goodness triumphing over the bad within them. They were anti-heroes not only in the sense of hurting others but their own darkness brought them so much pain, and to end that pain, that darkness for a noble cause defeated their villain within.
Not to mention the amount of times they’d sacrificed others for their gain. Marcel said to Klaus “it seems you’re always willing to watch the world burn as long as you survive” In season 4 and 5 they earned that redemption as soon as hope was better they could’ve left to let New Orleans burn but they didn’t.

So gorgeous and a wonderful tribute. The ending felt right to me. After all of Klaus's former selfishness and cruelty, this felt like the right end to his redemption story. Elijah dying with him felt right too. Although I think it would have been just as powerful to not kill off Hayley and have Klaus4 encourage Elijah to have his own happiness with her. To me that would have been even more touching and Hope would still have a parent.
The ending was so poetic and something to remember two brothers and a girl who would’ve known that they would go down as the greatest family in history and through all the pain heartbreak betrayal love and honor they ended together as one and allowed the world to go on without them Hope is the only Mikalson really left and she will honor that name for as long as they allow her

I don't normally sat stuff like this but this show helped get throw some ruff times and when I found this video it's was one of my worst. I can't explain it but this video helped me make it through that day and now when I'm low like tonight I watch it and it still puts a smile on my face. They couldn’t have provided a scene of Klaus finding peace because in the new series, legacies, there was an explanation and Klaus can’t find peace until hope forgives herself and realizes that it’s not her fault. Her can’t find peace until she can. As for Elijah, I’m pretty sure he’s with Hayley now.
Yes I agree to. Elijah and Hayley are hopefully together. But I when hope visited her and Jackson in the afterlife, how do u even know if she’s with Jackson or with Elijah. Let’s just Hope it Elijah because I hate Jayley but love Haylijah. I think if Jackson never had to marry Hayley or just never had to and just never was in to her , I think I might have liked him. Anyways I hope Haylijah is together but if not , I’ll imagine

I love this show I cried so much I couldn't stop I miss them so so souch and one thing this show has taught me is that, family above, always and forever for a thousand year they have faught enemies, bad guys, they faught for each other and with each other and for a thousand years they have loves with no excuse to live or die but they also have found a reason to live a die in one person 😭❤️💔😢

The originals is such an emotional rollercoaster which makes it such a great show. I’ve been mad at characters, happy for them, even scared and sad. I love the way that the actors showed so much emotion it felt real to me and that makes it so much better and the deaths of characters like Gia, Aiden, Camille and Josh hit me dead in the heart 💔

They need to make a Marvel Champions Style game for this TVD/TO/Legacies Universe. With every character possible of attaining and you fight against each other. You could get like average fighters like “Stefan, Damon or Enzo” you could get Strix Members, or some of the Hybrids Klaus sired in season 3, Witches, Kai Parker. The best players would probably be The originals, Marcel Lucien, the Hollow and Dahlia. You could attain different spells and weapons, so you could KO somebody like Klaus but you could only “fatality” him if you owned a white oak stake. And if a player owns Klaus and they get White oak stake they need to find a resurrection spell to bring him back. They’d get this from Drops or rewards for winning quests. Some people could have special abilities like Stefan being more powerful against, humans, witches and werewolf’s because he’s a ripper. And of course Hybrids having the bite over vampires. I’m telling you if somebody designed this game everyone who loves Vampire diaries would play it if it was done well

I just watched the last episode yesterday and I cried... I cried so hard... its not that I hate the ending... I love it... it shows the love of two brothers, of a father and daughter, of a family... this tv series has such a deep place in my heart always and forever... it taught me love of a family, to fight for it...I will never forget it

The Originals just hit different.. Mikaelsons fought for eachother, always and forever. They showed us that family is our greatest power and that its worth dying. It left me something to remember. Thats why TO is better, because tvd showed us nothing, except a stupid love triangle

The fact that hope wanted Elijah to die instead broke my heart Elijah loved her so much and she didn't care that he wanted o die for them...
I love this but I don’t get it
Elijah was ready to take all the dark magic from klaus and then die so hope would have her father but then he gave klaus back the dark magic and then Elijah said you know what I wanna die to and somehow everyone was ok with that
They should’ve buried him like Klaus suggested at first then dig him up when a cure is found.
hayley was dead, klaus was going to die he saw that klaus had redeemed himself and that was elijahs true mission he had nothing else to live for, it was such an honour that he died by his brother’s side, even in death he remained by his brother’s side. Bare in mind there was only 13 episodes in season 5 so maybe it was rushed
